This is the best mortgage company we have ever had the privilege of working with! We have used Angel Pacheco for two different mortgages including our initial home purchase and our refinance recently. Both experiences have been absolutely perfect. I've worked with Angel on 2 occasions, once to get a mortgage for a purchase and more recently on a mortgage refinance to lower my interest. Angel Pacheco and his team at Dyer Mortgage worked with me on a daily basis to get us closed on time. Angel always responds to emails and answers the phone at all hours. We feel we like we are his number one priority. At one point Angel even arranged a 3 way call to contact the HOA management company with me in order to get the answers we needed without allowing valuable time to be wasted going though the normal process. All of my friends and family told me we would never close on time but we did! We are really grateful. In addition we had worked aboard for years and only had W2 forms for 6 months. My husband and I met Maxine a few years ago when she came highly recommended by our realtor for the financing of our new home. We have since used Dyer Mortgage services, again, and I have recommended my family do the same, recognizing how great Maxine and Dyer has treated all of us. If you want someone who is honest, goes over and above and treats you like family, then Maxine is your woman. We feel like family and are so grateful to have had the opportunity to meet Maxine and do business with her company.

I struggled between giving Dyer Mortgage 3 or 4 stars. I'll summarize as best I can. This is the first Google review I've ever written. First off, my mortgage officer made it clear she would do everything necessary to close on time and she explained the home-buying process to me in great detail. I was confident that there would be no issues meeting deadlines with the seller. My rationale for subtracting stars: After looking at three properties, I asked my loan officer for multiple loan estimates. Upon asking her for the third estimate, she called me and nearly demanded a justification as to why I wanted another estimate. She followed up with a warning that "interest rates are rising" and eventually raised my estimated rate from 2.75 to 3.25 percent. Luckily, I was working with another lender, and locked financing at 2.5 percent. Dyer claims to be a mortgage broker. Why was a first-time home-buyer able to secure a better rate? Where was the comparative analysis on which lenders have the best rates? Why do I need to justify requesting estimates on multiple properties?

Working with Dyer Mortgage was a great experience. Maxine was truly a blessing in my home buying process. She went above and beyond to help me throughout my first home purchase. Maxine explained everything in detail and made sure she provided the best loan options for me.
