Dwayne Lane's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Reviews
M
Edit: Sales Manager reached out and after a conversation he apologized for the disconnect and followed through with their referral program. I can appreciate the time he took to speak to me and correct my concern. Because it was the only thing that I didn't like and they were able to resolve I would definitely be going back for my next ride. Thank you Bought a Jeep JLU here and the experience was positive, I was so happy that I referred a couple people shortly after my purchase with referral potential if my friend bought a vehicle. They told them and filled paperwork stating that I sent them including the business card from sales men but we never received the referral bonus even though she confirmed with them during the process. I never received the referral bonus and that just rubs me the wrong way. Stand by your word, if you say your going to offer something then follow through.

I had a great first time experience at Everett Dwayne lanes. I worked with Riley , and she was super informative and worked fast. She helped me build my challenger to my liking. Wasn’t pushy or rushing me, she was patient and wanted to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I didn’t spend hours on out there like I have in other dealerships. The finance lady Leslie was so pleasant and suggested things that would save me money in the long run. I will be back for all my maintenance, and purchase another car in the future. Great people there. Thank you guys again! I love my car!

Would not recommend buying from this dealership. We found a car we loved at the top of our budget and took it for a test drive. The first salesman was polite enough, but was quickly bounced out of the situation when we came to discussing price. They use the old sales trick of asking you to initial a page scribbled with vague numbers to get some commitment to "buy this car today" if they can get the manager to get the numbers down. We simply wanted their honest price up front and then we would decide if we could afford it. But we were treated very rudely by a saleswoman who kept saying she would work super hard to get us whatever number we needed but then would not go back to the manager and ask if the price we were asking for would work. We were not that far off in price and we were right on the verge of buying the car, but this saleswoman treated us like we were stupid kids and we needed her to straighten us up to see reality and just sign the paper already. This treatment quickly made us realize we did not want to do business with a company like this and we lost our eagerness to continue negotiations. We were very close to writing a check for more than we planned for because we loved the car so much, but that sort of sales approach ruined the deal. Why do sales people feel the need to be so aggressive? Maybe some people are intimidated by it and end up buy to cave into the pressure, but in this case Dwayne Lane's lost out on a sale.

We went in to see if we can order a driver side mirror after 5 times of trying with after market places. We told ourselves we should've just come here in the first place. We had it ordered and installed by a great guy named Bill. We will definitely be coming back for any other parts we will need in the future. Thank you Bill #CarClubPower ✊🏾 #CarClubMopar✊🏾

Yesterday I went to help my sister get into new vehicle and I just wanna thank Naomi Carreno for helping us out. She was the best. She made us feel so comfortable and was really honest with us the whole time. We ran into a problem but she helped us get through it. We got my sister into a new van. Thank you Naomi! I will be back when I need a new truck. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Dwayne Lane's work on my 2016 Ram truck. My rep Carlos kept me up to date on the status of work, including waiting for a chip to arrive due to shipping delays. Everyone I dealt with was informative and seemed to have great service as a goal from the outset. Will definitely continue using these guys for my truck and Wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee.

I would rate much higher but I expect a much higher customer service from a dealership. I needed an oil change on my brand new jeep. I thought I would go to the dealership for this service. Their EXPRESS LANE which is the only way to get an oil change at the dealership was a 2 hour wait, I didn’t have that kind of time that day so I left, I tried to make an appointment for my oil change, they would not make appointments for an oil change, first come first serve. I returned to the dealership, this time 3 hour wait, I left, the third time I returned 2 minutes after they opened, surprise 2 hour wait to get an oil change. When a customer has so many options to get their oil changed these days in a timely manner and a dealership cannot seem to figure out how to serve their customers is really unfortunate. I am ok with the time it takes but let the customer make an appointment.

It is very bad experience for me with the location in Everett. About 2 weeks ago, I went to Everett location (the customer service Jordan was very nice with me and asked me either to wait or leave my car at the office, because the re-call will take 4-6 hours ) ; I left my car and the schedule and driver Tracy was very nice with me. In fact, my terrible experience could be from the mechanics employees have no experience who damaged my car instead fixed because I bought my car with no issue working perfect 👍 engine and everything work well;but after this re-call changed (I do not drive it at all for safety issues) ; it is in parking latte, and if I need to go to shopping or medical or/and other appointments I rent Uber??it is wasting for my time and my money😓 After I left the car at the office for more one day : 1- I drove the car to home , I noticed that the car engine became ( very heavy when I drive , I need to push (Gas-pedal) so much to move /or drive 2- there were heavy dark gray smoke 💨 comes from front, I contacted the office several times Left voicemail (asking for help) but no on call me back at all I went to the office (this weekend, but I have been told no one from technical department working today🤔, I asked for emergency appointment and I have been told they have been booked up to 6/2. I asked the customer service to check my car, and the smoke 💨 and he admitted that it might electric ⚡️ wires burning 🔥 ( i asked him if I could leave my car at there office because I unsafe for me to drive it) and he refused and he stated (no one from technical department have time to work in your car) 😠🤔 It is really frustrated 🙄when I cannot use my car at all and parking my car for almost 14 days and I’m not sure what the problem with my car ; ***🚫DO not west your time as I did and no one re-embarrassing your money 🚫
J
sales went great and Naomi was awesome but the customer service was not so great. was told all these thing about how they would take care of me and call me in a day or two to do my detail and window film protection. not to mention having issues already with the car. i got the dealership doge platinum warranty let’s hope they stick to it. had to go to there in person to get an appointment set because they hardly answer the phone lines.
P
SERVICE DEPT ⚠️⚠️ Some of the lamest, least-personal customer service I've ever experienced! They have an automated approval system for services via email. No phone call, no personal touch. I called for a breakdown and was ignored. One perk, if you approve by 4:00 p.m. that day, they guarantee a pickup time. I needed my car, so I approved the service with the assurance it would be ready by Saturday at 4:00 p.m (2 days). Might be expensive, but at least it will be done quickly and correctly! ...wrong! The car was ready three full days after they promised. When I went in to pick it up and explained I had to buy Ubers to get around, and ask for a break, they called the tough girl manager over to give me 2% ($40) off. Lol! To top it all off with a slap in the face, they then emailed me with a 10% off coupon to get the rest of the service I couldn't afford. Go here if you hate your $$, and love knowing you're getting screwed.
R
Very pleasant salesman and transaction clerk. Whole process from driving in and leaving in our new vehicle only took 2.5 hours. No high pressure tactics at all. Would recommend this dealership.
K
Made an appointment to check my alignment and tire rotation as my car had just hit 20k miles. I have been in the waiting room for 2 and a half hours. I asked when it would be done at hour one and was told everyone went to lunch. Asked again at the 2.5 hour mark and was told my car was still on the rack. No reason it should be taking this long. Service member seemed annoyed I was even asking.
C
Not the best experience for pre-paid oil/maintenance. It takes over an hour, even when I schedule an appointment. I feel like I wasted my money on that. Jiffy Lube does it in 20 minutes. Now I have an issue with uconnect, telling me to take it in. I'm dreading that.
K
I had a great experience at Dwayne Lane’s. The buying experience was second to none. The sales manager, Kyle, was very friendly. Very pleased with the outcome of my trade in and purchase. Thanks Dwayne Lane’s!
M
I had a warranty issue. They took care of this while I waited. Friendly, competent. Waiting room had coffee and plenty of space to get work done. GREAT !!!
D
They found the problem and fixed it as well as replaced the gas tank which was recalled. The replacement did not cost me anything and fixed the hesitation. They kept me informed, and finished the work in a timely fashion.
J
Very dissatisfied with this dealership. Never fixed the problem of navigation system not working. Just said it was either the antenna or GPS system needs replaced. Plus no loaner car available.
D
Bought a truck here worst , service department experience ever. Both from the top to the bottom . Almost wanna return the truck for better service when you drop 6o k you would think it would be better but I also realize that supply is an issue . But the lack of communication from department to customer is awful
K
I bought my car from Dwayne Lain’s about a year ago. They provide a document starting this was never a rental at the time of sale. Long story short my car got broken into my glove box got ripped out and behind it I find a dozen plus Fox rental car agreements. Why can’t a business just be honest these days?
A
This place is rude and unprofessional. They say they will call back and never do. Waiting over 2 weeks for a loaner car so they can fix the many issues wrong with our brand new Jeep Cherokee. Finally we called again and didn't take no for an answer and somehow they had a loaner car ready all of a sudden... One of the problems with this car stranded my wife and infant child in the cold unable to start the car and warm up until I could get there. They didn't even fix that issue, although they said they did. Guess what, the issue happened again. We will never buy another car from this place and honestly neither should you.
H
Overall experience with Dwayne Lane's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is bad. It started in 2004 with them lying to me about complimentary oil changes when I got a vehicle. Back then I had got warranty for vehicle, about 2 weeks in brakes locked, towed vehicle to them and I was told it not covered under warranty because problem is dues to usage :), 2 weeks of usage. All I can say get things in writing, double check what you sign and receipt. If you can make the trip down to Seattle dealership to it.
K
I needed to get 2 of my vehicles oil changes done and the day that I went in was one of the few days that I had available to make it happen. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally I used their complimentary shuttle service which was a huge help and time saver to have one car being worked on while the shuttle took me to pick up the other car by the time I got back with the other car the first car was already done and the shuttle followed me up to where I needed to drop off the first car so that he could then pick me up and drive me back to the dealership to pick up the second car. Jerry the shuttle driver was so patient and helpful to help me juggle these cars around. Honestly if I had to wait for each car to be done and then switch them it would have taken hours. Jerry was essential to the great service that I received today.
J
I have bought several vehicles from Dwayne lanes and over the years each time is better and better. Paul and Kyle and the rest of the team were more than helpful from the start of ordering and walking me through all the options to follow ups as the truck went through the production line through delivery and paperwork. I will always go back and buy from a team who cares so much for happiness all the way through ownership. I would give more stars but I am limited! Go see Paul and Kyle! They will take care of you!
p
My truck is the 2nd vehicle I bought at Dwayne Lane. First one lasted 20 years and gave it to my niece to get my 2nd one. I attribute the long life to their excellent service department!
D
Got engine problems resolved but came up missing personal stuff that I didn’t think that I would have to worry about. Guess one of the employees has same truck and needed my cup holder more than me. At least service manager said he’ll get me a new one. Supposed to be on order….
C
Our Red Cross Chapter received a 2018 ProMaster 3500 from another division. It needed a number of unexpected repairs and maintenance. This occured over the holidays, no less. My service person, Carlos, proved to be a gem to work with ...dealing with me, the uncontrolable delays, the unanticipated computer part issues. I will be taking the PM back to DLs twice a year for the required inspections!
V
I got to say that the experience with this dealership was really smooth, stress-free, professional and exciting. Everyone from the maintenance man outside was really helpful. We were undergoing a new experience in our young family with purchasing a new car. Our old vehicle was not reliable and we needed to get it replaced. After getting pre approved online, we went to the dealership on Saturday. We had one of the sales associates jump in and help us out. They helped narrow our search on a Jeep Cherokee which we really liked. The few hours that we spent there flew by like a breeze. We were sold and purchased the car right there and then. Thank you guys for the great experience and for the great vehicle and service.
P
Excellent Service; details and options were covered which made the decision to purchase very easy. Friendly and supportive staff on all my questions. Overall very professional and effective experience.
S
Sales staff was awesome to work with. Nathan Bunnell was genuine and a pleasure to work with. Would recommend to anyone!
A
It took over three hours for an oil change, they over charged for DEF and put some in my fuel tank. Terrible! Don’t trust these people with your vehicle
V
Drove a very long way to this dealership. They knew we drove very far. Then they decided to play games and try to make us pay way more for a used car. When they saw we were serious and leaving they tried to play number games with us. Did not give us a decent offer until after we walked out and drove back home.
C
Had such a great experience with Lucas Millar! Got me the Jeep I wanted, bells, whistles, color and all and was truly fantastic! I arrived late on a weeknight and after test driving and talking numbers, we were there well after closing time and still never felt rushed. If you are in the market for a new vehicle (they have 9 different stores under the same name), go see Lucas! Even days and almost a week after my purchase, I can still text him asking questions about buttons and features and he has been great at responding. I will hands down use Lucas for my next purchase!
Thanks for the awesome review Corey! We are glad you like the new Jeep, let us know if we can assist you in the future, stay in touch!
S
They are selling defected brand new trucks, not check anything before delivery. And you will face a terrible service, not returning any calls.
M
The true test of buying a used car is if the dealership stands by their assessment of the car and their customer service. Isaac, our dealer, did a great job selling us the car and walking us through the process. Even better, when I had to take my car in to be serviced 2 weeks after I bought the car, Dwayne Lane volunteered to pay for the minor fix because I just bought the car. That, to me, is true customer service and definitely earns my trust.
K
Service manager has no respect for customer service A service technician did not do a diagnostics last week when I came in to get a fuel pump switched And Also ask the technician to run a diagnostics on my car Because I had an error code for my suspension come up That said it needed an immediate fix said service's technician Did not run diagnostics but said my suspension is working fine. My suspension is not working at all in my jeep it has air lift and it is stuck. On the lowest setting. Went to get It looked at again today and bring up that my suspension is not working like the technician said and I my have been upset but my life was put at risk because of this technician not doing there job and I was met with hostility and no way of trying to work with me about the fact I asked for it to be looked at last week and now it's completely broken and I could crash if I drive my only car.
A
I reached out to a salesman about purchasing a Jeep they have in transit. He offered me a price when I was there in person. Pretty standard negotiation I told him where I was at on it. He told me he'd take it to his boss and get back to me. Then he started a text conversation with me stating that he couldn't get his boss to go any lower than the offer he gave me, but he "would work on it some more and get back to me". The next day I came up on my offer and not only did we not meet in the middle on price, he came back to me and said that the original offer to me was no longer valid and that "It's like when you go to Best Buy and buy a TV. If you don't buy it during the sale it's going to go up in price". There was no "sale", I was offered a price and a promise that he was going to try and bring it down closer to where I was at. Instead I got shady back lot tactics and an increase on the price I was given. If I wanted this kind of car buying experience I would have gone to a used car lot. I expected more out of a large reputable dealership.
S
This was absolutely the best car buying experience of my life! We worked with Naomi who was low-pressure & transparent. We'd done our research on the vehicle we purchased and Naomi didn't try and upsell us on anything beyond what we already knew we wanted. She let my wife and I take a long test drive by ourselves, even let us take the car to lunch so we could think/talk it over before pulling the trigger. The finance manager also had the same, low-pressure attitude. Would absolutely purchase a car here in the future.
M
Had a great experience working with Dwayne Lane's on my recent purchase. Was able to work out a majority of the details online and over the phone before picking up and finalizing the purchase at the dealership.
T
This is the 2nd time I have bought a new car at Dwayne Lane's Chrysler, I have made purchases at other dealers, but this is the only one I have every returned to a 2nd time and I highly recommend them. My Salesman Preston Person was and is by far the best I have had experience with. He is very knowledgeable, no pressure, just information on helping you find what your looking for.
W
The good: Sales manager and salesman were friendly. Very accommodating with test drives - three of them. While several typical sales comments were made, there was no extreme sales pressure. The bad: While we'd not planned on buying that day, they happened to have a vehicle configured exactly as we wanted. When we decided to sit down and negotiate, all the old, tiring and cheap tricks came out. It started with massive collection of personal data, before even discussing price - which should have been the first warning sign. But then, the dreaded four square made an appearance on the salesman's desk. If you're not familiar with this technique, Google it. And, when presented with it - just get up and walk out, as you're NOT going to get a deal. It's purposely designed to frustrate and confuse you, and is a clear sign the dealer is not negotiating in good faith. I'd done a lot of research on pricing, and knew what the vehicle sold for elsewhere. Our initial offer was equal to the best price I'd seen negotiated in the last month, so it was admittedly at the lower end. We'd have come up a bit given the vehicle was on the lot and exactly what we wanted. Instead, we were told our offer was below cost (wrong), that the vehicle was in short supply (wrong again, close to a hundred of them within 150 miles), and when it became clear we wouldn't partake in the four square nonsense - we were offered $500 off MSRP. An absolute joke of an offer for this particular vehicle, and a waste of all of our time. We've since factory ordered the vehicle from another dealer, for thousands less with minimal negotiation. And, no four square. Great place to see inventory and test drive, but when it's show time - don't count on a deal, and expect the same old car sales tricks.
M
Staff are rude and snotty. Not only did one of the receptionists tell me to "shut up" over the phone when I had a question about my Jeep, when I tried to report it, the customer service department never got back to me. I've made service appointments to have them be cancelled on a voicemail while I'm at work. They work on a "first come first serve" basis for service which is not mentioned anywhere on their website. They have also been persistently trying to get me to sell them my car after I have repeatedly unsubscribed from emails and verbally told them no. They're extremely unprofessional, I highly recommend making the drive to Marysville or Kirkland and avoiding Dwayne Lane's altogether.
A
My boyfriend bought his Tacoma here and can say that the purchasing was effortless. No BS or hidden underwriting. His only problem was when they cleaned the truck. They smashed the mirror and tried to play it off. Luckily he didn't drive off the lot and pointed it out to them. We are sure if he did they would have declined to fix their mistake. Been attempting to schedule the repair for over a week and service never answers the phone. So once you buy your vehicle it seems like accountability goes out the window.
B
Took my 2017 Jeep GC SRT in for a failing water pump. Dwayne Lane's Jeep replaced it quickly and for free under drivetrain warranty. Couldn't be more pleased. Very professional and prompt.
k
With an extensive list of things for them to do. Check ac system, change rear sensors, repair 2 recalls, call me with quote for transmission service. And more… Seems easy to figure out. First I had to wait 7 days for the only diesel mechanic to come back from his vacation. Then, 1. Recalls were done ✔️ 2. Check ac system- they did nothing but let my truck run for 3 hours and said it worked after I told them it only works intermittently, you need to do a system check, they did nothing else. 🤬 3. Rear sensors were quoted at a astronomical $140 X 4 but I was billed at $240 x 4….🤬 4. No call or communication at all about transmission service. 🤬 5. I also asked to have my truck put on the scope/ system check so I knew what was potentially wrong with my newly purchased truck…. Yep no scan 🤬 In total I was billed out over $1200 for no diagnostic help on my ac, and changeout of 4 sensors that plug and play. Never returning to Duhwaynes. Found a respectable auto mechanic that works on diesel.

We recently had our Jeep Liberty (originally purchased From Dwayne Lane's) serviced. This last during the first week of August, we utilized the express lane for an oil change. Cole greeted me and was very friendly and courteous. I was only in the waiting room for a few minutes before my vehicle was ready. We are, as always, highly satisfied with the quality of service at Dwayne Lane's.
Hey Ted, we are thrilled you had such a great experience! Thank you for the review and for being such a loyal customer!
s
Once again salesman Lucas Millar and Dwayne Lane Dodge delivers! We had an appointment with Lucas at 5pm and we had a deal and drove off in our 2018 Dodge Durango SRT in just under 2 hours! This is our 2nd vehicle purchase from Lucas and Dwayne Lane and the service we received is the obvious reason we keep coming back. Thanks again for the above and beyond excellent purchasing experience.
Wow, this is great! We are so glad you had a great experience with Lucas and we are excited to keep doing business with you! Thank you.
D
Great staff! Stop by for a quick oil change and multipoint inspection at a reasonable price (prepay for 4 oil changes for the best price). They know their way around all Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep vehicles. Good prices on repairs for a dealership.
Thank you for the 5 stars Doug!
D
Dwane Lane delivered our new Promaster to us when we purchased it thought Enterprise Fleet Management. They did a great job getting it out the door on a rush and even found a way to save us a few dollars as well! Thank you!
Thank you for the review and rating! We are glad our team delivered your new Promaster and made it an easy process for you - all while saving a few bucks too! We look forward to working with you in the future.
M
I have taken my new 2020 truck to Dwayne Lane’s twice now to have work done. My truck was at the dealership for one month each time. Service department was extremely bad at communication and I would have to call several times before I got a call back. Even then I was unable to get a straight answer or any sort of timeline on the repairs. Getting a loaner vehicle was nearly impossible and I had to ask several times before they reluctantly agreed to give me one. The second time my truck was at the shop they didn’t even fix the actual issue (leaking back window) and it damaged the electronics for a second time. Manager never available to speak with me about my issues. Will not be taking any of my vehicles to Dwayne Lanes again.
j
This Jeep dealership has been no different than the last five years of owning a jeep— disorganization, things not being fixed properly, the same issues reoccurring. They had my jeep for almost two weeks, for an oil recall, and today I discovered the oil cap was left off and my entire engine is now caked in oil. This was after they tried to charge me $80 for the oil change I HAD to get done there, for them to be able to “test to see if the part needed to be fixed.” My experience with jeep since day 1 has been nothing but a nightmare. I will never, ever own another one again.
S
First time Jeep buyer. I was looking for a Wrangler and Paul Labance from Dwayne Lane's had some great recommendations on the wrangler forums. I drove up north (after visiting a couple of dealers nearby me , I was not impressed) and it was well worth the drive. Paul was great to work with, no pressure and walked me through all the features. We ended up ordering a 2021 and when it arrived I was equally impressed with the finance dept. All in all it was a great experience, easiest car I've ever bought. Here's hoping the service dept can match my expectations, they've set a high bar already!
K
We bought a new Jeep last week. We've bought cars from other dealerships before and Dwayne Lane's was the most stress-free experience we've had, by far! We ordered a vehicle from the factory. Paul Labance, our salesman, was very helpful, straightforward, and laid back. Financing was a breeze to go through. Everyone was friendly. A smooth and easy car-buying experience. We'll definitely be recommending them to any of our family or friends who are looking to buy a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
S
I recently picked up my V8 Jeep Wrangler a few weeks ago from Dwayne Lane’s. Paul Labance was a great sales rep to work with throughout the entire ordering process. Whenever they were hiccups, although minute, Paul was quick to jump on the tasks to ensure that my ordering process went as smooth as possible. I will surely be back whenever I find the next car that I want to purchase through a Dodge or Jeep dealer!
M
These guys here, specifically Paul Labance in sales, makes all those car salesman stereotypes a thing of the past. After getting shafted by my local dealership in Alaska, Paul heard about my predicament and made himself known to me. He not only gave me a great deal, everyone I dealt with after that first contact went way above and beyond to treat me well. Honestly, straight forward, and more like family than a customer. I don’t care where I live, or where you live for that matter, this is an amazing dealership to deal with. I honestly won’t go buy from anywhere else unless I have to. I’m not blowing smoke and don’t work for them. I’m just a 100% happy customer.
We are super happy to hear your experience was fantastic! Thank you for your kind review Mike, we hope to see you again soon for any of your car related needs!
D
Damien was amazing, helped up pick up our vehicle and made sure everything was perfect. It was a smooth process from start to finish. Give Damien a raise!
Sounds like Damien definitely deserves a raise! Although excellence is expected within our employees 😉 Thank you for your rave review; we appreciate your business!
A
I’ve been here twice now to look at a new car and it really wasn’t my favorite experience. Both sales guys were impersonal. The lot is crammed pack with cars and hard to get in and out of. One guy tried to use “scare tactic” sales on us, which made us walk right out the door.
Amanda, we are sorry to hear about your experience. We always strive to provide excellent customer service so we are sorry you felt that wasn't received. We appreciate the feedback so we can relay this information to our sales team so they can improve in their service and process.
J
Great experience! Ordered my 2022 RAM 2500 and the entire process was easy and transparent. No unpleasant surprises and no hard sell. Especially thankful to Nathan who is one of the most helpful salesmen I have had the pleasure to work with and kudos to the Luke the finance manager for going above and beyond in finalizing the deal. Looking forward to an equally good experience with the service department. So far Dwayne Lane has a customer for life. Keep it up guys!
B
Rotated an unsafe unrepairable tire, never called or asked if I wanted spare put on. Was charge for rotation! Was not called or told all 4 tires tred was very low and needed replaced. Differential service needed, also never told or got a call. Cabin air filter also needed changing never told or called. At this point I question if the oil change was done.. or done correctly! So an oil change and rotation of an unsafe tire took 11hrs. Only reason I got my vehicle same day was because I called. I was told car was great shape and could pick up car. FYI.. had I been informed of these issues I would of paid the dealer to fix. When I spoke to the service manager I was told he would call back after speaking to people involved. Its been 2 days and Once again never called back and never made it right. Was basically told I could not have a refund, so will be contacting my bank.. Sure feels awesome being treated like this as a long time valued customer.
T
It was a great experience as always from the custom order process through delivery. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and helpful. We have purchased multiple vehicles from them and the experience has always been the same.
D
First of all I LOVE the service department! I've had my Jeep for 5 years and I always feel like they've done a fantastic job, taken care of whatever problem there was, and were friendly. Is it a busy place, YES, but I guess I expect that and make plans to pick up. I've owned Honda, Volvo, Mini Cooper and now a Jeep and this car, by FAR (knock on wood) has required the least amount of service! Once again, I feel that Dwayne Lane's service department gives me honest, friendly service and I don't feel like I've drained my pockets every time I go for an oil change.
K
Purchasing our Durango from Dwayne Lane was the best experience of buying a vehicle I have ever had. At 62 years of age, I have purchased many vehicles! Our salesman, Isaac, was very professional and very helpful at presenting the different options available to us. Luke, the finance manager, actually surprised us with the rate he was able to get us and didn't pressure us about buying any 'extras' fir the vehicle. The whole process took less time than I expected!! Oh, did I mention they have an espresso bar!!
F
Had an amazing buying experience with this dealership. My salesperson Riley Cunningham went above and beyond to get me into the car I was looking for. She is one of the best sales reps I’ve ever worked with when purchasing a vehicle. Ask for her at Dwayne’s Lane Jeep. She knows all the vehicles by heart and can answer any questions you might have. Not pushy at all, great people and communication skills from Riley!!
B
I had an issue with my RAM's traction control. I called the dealership several times to make an appointment, but no one ever answered the phone or returned my calls. I then tried to make an appointment online but again was never contacted. My last option was to physically drive to the dealership in order to speak to someone. It was then a three week wait until I could get it in for service. I arrived on the scheduled day and was told that they had no record of my scheduled service, but would look at it anyway. The bad part was identified and then a 4 month wait for the part to arrive. While I gave the service department 1 star, I give RAM Customer Care 5 stars. I contacted them early on during this ordeal and the representative was on top of things and always kept me informed. I found it interesting that he too had issues contacting the dealership service department. Everyone is dealing with supply chain issues, but it doesn't take much to just answer the phone or return a phone call.

My wife and I went in there Sunday to look at a truck they had for sale on their website. We drove several trucks that day and decided on one they had. It was a 2011 Ram 3500 that was posted for $51,000. I have the screen shots if anyone is interested. We agreed to terms to purchase the vehicle at a certain price and they agreed. We signed all the paperwork and we’re coming back with the rest of the money the next day after putting $2900 to hold it. We were willing to pay and drive it home that day (Sunday). They informed us that it needed to go through an inspection and we can pick it up the next day. They had the poor sales girl (Riley, who was great) call my wife and said they needed to back out of the deal. They informed us that there was more wrong with the truck than they thought and they would not be able to make a profit on it. Here are the problems we have with how it was handled. 1. Why did you put up a vehicle online and on your lot that was NOT ready to be sold? 2. Why did you waste anyone’s time with the dog and pony show of signing on all the dotted lines? 3. Why can’t Dwayne Lanes live up to the deal they made (we signed paperwork) 4. Why couldn’t the coward Kyle (Manager) call us in the first place and make the poor sales person do it. 5. Kyle showed 0 empathy or concern about the disgusting customer service they provided after the Sales them congratulating us on a vehicle purchase they had to back out on. Part 2… The service department is just as bad. I dropped my 2015 Jeep Wrangler off and told them the symptoms of what was wrong. I told them I already replaced the water pump and mentioned that I believe the oil cooler was the problem. After them replacing radiator at my expense, then the water pump at my expense (which was already done), they replaced the oil cooler which I told them was probably the issue. It took us over 3 weeks to get the vehicle back. Even after the poor service on the Wrangler we were willing to purchase a vehicle from them. If anyone took the time to read all of this. Please know they only care about their bottom line and not customer service.

Ive bought my car here, experience was great! Ive had my vehicle serviced ever since here driving 50 miles to get there just to use the same place for consistency...this last time i was completely taken back. I know it gets busy, but my husband was a service advisor and when my service advisor informed me i needed a new cabin filter, i was perplexed as i had one replaced last time, not even 10k miles ago. I said, no not this time, then was talking to my husband thinking they had maybe not done it last time, i asked to see it. The advisor went in the back and came back out and said, oh sorry i actually now looked at it and it was ok. I was still worried, and asked a second time to actually see it. So the mechanic came out and took it out for me to actually see it. Buyer beware! Always make them show you what you need replaced! I was almost duped but because my husband had worked there, he knew the advisor was not doing his job! This is why any vehicle companies get a bad wrap, employees that dont do their job!

Came in to ask for some advice on a torque spec on a specific part that only jeep would have knowledge of, for my 97 jeep Cherokee, staff was friendly but when I started to ask, it’s as if they were annoyed I wasn’t there for service. They said all shop techs are gone and they don’t have access to that information. Can’t be possible since their techs, all techs have the field service manual which would have these specs. I’m always skeptical of a dealership that has service advisor who either have worked on cars ever, or at the very least are resourceful enough to find the information… this affects who and where my vehicle goes for service
A
My finacé bought our new vehicle through Dwayne Lanes, and we have had nothing but problems at the Everett branch with service. Even trying to schedule our vehicle for it’s scheduled maintenace with the service warranty we purchased through them seems to be too much to ask. We tried calling for three weeks straight to schedule and oil change. Nobody in the service department EVER answered the phone or returned our multiple messages we left. We even left messages on the part manager’s phone, and Promaster Advisor’s phones that were never returned. When we finally managed to get through to someone after almost a month and get it scheduled and actually show up for our appointment, the lady in service was IMMENSELY rude telling us there were no Promaster Techs in and that they weren’t going to be looking at our car (without her even confirming the appointment). When we told her that we did indeed have an appointment, she snarled that she “guessed” they could do the oil change but wouldn’t be taking care of anything else needed by the service warranty. This service was in preparation for moving down to Oregon and we went to pickup our travel trailer after this, which the lights on the van all shorted out. My finacé left me and the dogs in the trailer and went to wait outside of Dwayne Lanes until they opened to see if they could take a look at the fuses and wiring harness to take care of this safety issue, and the same lady in service literally rolled her eyes at my finacé and stormed away, not caring about the situation. Beyond this, they fail to do even basic things during the services when we actually get them, like forget to fill/top fluids and have never once rotated the tires, but notified him that his “tires are wearing strangely”. It’s crazy how impersonal our whole buying experience to our service experience has been compared to when I bought my new KIA at KIA of Everett. TOTAL night and day. Myself and our whole family and extended family will never, ever patronize your business again and honestly, it’s put a bad taste in our mouth for the whole RAM/Dodge/Jeep/etc. family line. You need to take a look at what customer service is and means (this is coming from a 15 year veteran in the customer service industry) because your standards are absolutely APPALING.
T
I bought my jeep at dwayne lanes 2 years ago. Took it in for regular services, oil changes, tire rotation etc. They never rotated in the 5 tire like I asked. December 26th my jeep got wrecked, no body damage, all front axle, control arms etc. 7 weeks my jeep sat getting nothing done. I understand parts are on back order. But Friday Feb 4th we made arrangements to have it moved, I received a phone call from John the service manager saying they would have the axle on Friday afternoon. And that Monday they would pull it into the shop to start working on it. 4 pm Monday afternoon we went to the dealership & the jeep hadn't been moved. So we got the keys & had it towed elsewhere. Not even 3 hrs later that other shop had it pulled inside & was starting the tear down process. I am officially do be with Dwayne Lanes!!!
S
Naomi was absolutely the best sales associate I have ever dealt with in buying a car. I would highly recommend her if you are looking to buy a new car, or used from this dealership. The manager was a little annoying, but not to the point that I wouldn’t buy another car from them.
D
Whoever brought my car around & parked it pulled the handbrake lever so tight I could hardly get it released! This person needs to be counseled on how to use a handbrake, or fired, or both. Little things like this destroys the confidence one has in how you perform the important work.
R
I want to thank Courtney in Express Service and Technician Evan for going the distance, helping me out with everything I needed, and overall being kind, friendly people who seemed to genuinely want to make sure I was taken care of. Couldn't be happier with my experience.
G
I called in to make an appointment, they didn’t have opening til a month prior. But I set it anyway. Got off early from work, cuz that was the only opening then. I went to check in and they told me to go back the next day cuz there is nobody will work on my car. I said if u guys gave me a heads up and didn’t have to use any time off from work I wouldn’t mind. I refused to reschedule cuz I didn’t want to take another time off from work. After an hour the guy called me up and told me that they can’t put my car on the lift cuz it was too low. Well that was weird cuz my other car that needed an alinement done was lower than this car. I let him know that, he said he will call me back. I was waiting to pick up my car, thinking I will get it before they close. NO CALL WAS MADE, NO UPDATE ON MY CAR AT ALL. LEAVING ME WITHOUT A DAY TO GO TO WORK THE NEXT DAY. same guy called me the next day and told me that the car was ready for pick up. Went in thinking they actually did something. FIND OUT THEY DIDNT FIXED WHAT I CAME IN FOR, THEN TRIED TO CHARGED ME FOR THE WORK I DIDNT WANTED HIM TO DO IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! WHAT A HORRIBLE AND STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE!!! NEVER EVER COMING BACK HERE!!!
R
Went in for my 1st oil change at 5000 miles.. The staff was efficient, helpful and courteous. Nice waiting area.
K
They did a pretty good job with my 26 point inspection and the oil change. They were upfront with my bills and payment oprions
S
We stopped by to test drive the Jeep. The only one available was hard to get to, but Scott was nice enough to pull it out for us. We loved, and they were able to get it for us the next day. Thank you to Scott and team, great sales experience1
C
The staff was welcoming and Parts were great. They went above and beyond to help us with getting a new key fob and gave us options for pricing. Thank you Dwayne Lanes for the excellent service! As always.
F
Went to Express lane to have the oil changed in my ram truck. They wouldn't do it because "policy" says they can't because my truck has an IID in it. So much for their slogan. " Our slogan is “We’ll Take Care of You!” and it’s more than a motto, it’s our standard for doing business". Apparently that depends on the customer
E
Purchased new vehicle. Factory order was smooth and surprisingly fast. Delivery process was quick with no issues. Had a great experience overall
M
Great experience. Just purchased a new RAM 2500 there. Start to finish it was a painless and zero pressure experience. Very happy with the sales, finance and management staff. Preston was professional, relateable and overall a pleasure to work with. Thank you for making car buying fun for a change.
T
Not so intelligent people. Husband and I battery in our van exploded they replaced the battery but not until after 6hours of having our vehicle, tried telling us that they didn't even have a battery to start with and than didn't even clean the engine where the battery acid had eaten part of our engine parts. So we had to bring our vehicle back the following day for them to finish their job.. would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
We are sorry to read your review and see the rating you gave us. We apologize since we are changing vendors on batteries with Mopar but we have passed this review on to our Service Manager who will be in contact with you. We apologize again and hope to make this situation right. If you have further questions or concerns, please email [email protected].
C
Went to get a tune up and thank goodness they found this and alerted me. Darn rodent was making a home in my Chrysler! The joy of living by wetlands... I am so happy they found it before it did anymore damage to my new car. Megan was wonderful explaining everything and showing me the damage done by these rodents.
Rodents don’t deserve a home as luxurious as your Chrysler! We’re glad we were able to catch it before it got out of hand!
M
Ordered a JKU Rubicon, factory order. I did almost everything over e-mail, other then picking up the vehicle. Very good experience, this dealer made everything really easy. Highly recommended!
B
Preston and Isaac were very attentive. They helped me through a difficult trade situation and got me everything I wanted in a new Ram. Highly recommend working with both of them.
g
No "hidden fees”, no need to “haggle”. They give you the best price right out the gate. Great customer service. I will definitely recommend them to friends.
W
The Service Team does Great work! Only problem I have experienced is getting someone in service to answer the telephone to schedule an appointment!
j
Took my truck in for an oil change, when I asked if they could check my transmission fluid, he said he doesn't think they would be able to because they didn't have the dip stick to check it. Apparently 2014 ram trucks don't have dip sticks for the transmission?!? If you want to check your transmission fluid, you have to take it to a shop (but not the dealership??) I understand a shortage of workers in ALL industries right now, but that doesn't excuse these things. I also got my tires rotated. He asked me if I had my wheel lock key, I said it was in the glove box. They used it and DIDN'T PUT IT BACK! I've called them 3 different times, left messages, talked to a gal who said she was going to take my message directly to the service department personally, and that I would get a call by the end of the day FOR SURE. NO CALL! Not only did I buy my truck here, I purchased an oil change package (after a hassle) here. Hard to deal with the service department here. Guy who helped me when I was checking my truck in at the service department was super cool though! Unlike last time.
j
Had a diagnosis on my 300 m. Was told they couldn't get the part because they didn't make it anymore. Went to different shop that wasn't even the problem or the part.the other shop fixed no problem.will never use thus service department Again.

My significant other and I recently came in and purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. My salesperson Riley was AMAZING. If you want to purchase a vehicle from here, I would strongly recommend asking for Riley. Great person. She’s the only reason this isn’t a 1 star review. What made this experience so horrible is dealing with Darcée the finance manager there. She was terrible. While I was out looking at the vehicle, my significant other who is new to the car buying process, was taken straight to finance. It was near the end of day so understand trying to get it done fast. But she attempted to have her sign off on a bunch of extended warranties without going over price or how this would effect her monthly payment. Super shady. When I asked how much it would cost per month, she tried to not answer the question. Once we finally got it out of her, it was $100 over budget and we declined. Her attitude completely changed and she was very rude. Seemed highly uninterested in helping and had an attitude the entire time. Also mentioned she was running late for a date that night and was very anxious to spend some one on one time with some man. I won’t go into further detail on what else she said. A budget is budget. I understand finance has to make a living, but if you can’t afford or don’t want to pay $100 more a month, it doesn’t mean they get to treat you like a bad person or be condescending. If you get a car PLEASE ASK FOR RILEY. She made the process easy. It’s a nice dealership and she’s a great salesperson. But just avoid Darcée the finance manager.
J
Friendly staff Went in for a oil change and was going to replace 3 windshield wipers. I just got the oil change. It was going to cost about 120.00 to change out the wipers. Oil change was about 70.00. That's crazy !
T
This was one of the easiest, fastest, and most transparent car purchasing experiences I've ever had, and I buy a lot of cars! I worked with Paul, starting online and then through text messaging. He was very clear and honest about the pricing and offers. When I came in, he was ready and available the entire time. I never felt like I was waiting unnecessarily. He offered me the best pricing and even negotiated on my trade-in. All in all, I felt like the process was smooth and fast and I got a great deal.
A
Worst customer experience!! Ever!! Never do business with these people!! They are very unlikely to treat you with onisty/ fairness/ and won't keep their word!!
J
Great service and personable - always makes me feel like my needs are important to them. Been using them for service on my Ram pickups for 20 years
M
Worst experience. If I could give this place a negative Star I would in a heartbeat. When you call the Service department and the Manager it's Always goes to the voice mail and even if you leave a message you won't get a call back, they are ignoring customers. So finally I took my car for repairs and received the worst services ever, they're unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, liars and unreliable. ***** Follow up ****** They placed new parts on top of dirt and oil and when I mentioned that to the "Manager" he offered to steam clean it for $59 NOT for free and I had to pay for it, I Still have the receipt and that's prove my point They're Liars.
We apologize if you didn't receive return phone calls promptly, we are not ignoring our customers. Your car was in an accident and your insurance company was paying for repairs associated with the accident. Upon your request we asked the insurance company to pay to repair your steering rack that we previously mentioned was leaking. The insurance company denied the request due to it being a pre-existing condition. Upon picking up the vehicle (a week after completed) you complained that the engine didn't get steamed cleaned but it wasn't authorized by the insurance company. We offered to get engine steam cleaned, you authorized a bulb repair and we took care of your flat tire repair.
S
Took my car (2012 Journey) in 3 times in 2 months and they still couldn't figure it out and charged me every time!! Car wouldn't start so battery change, then still wouldn't hold the charge so alternator change, which still did not correct the problem, then wires were old, changed those, then it was the 'cluster' which I was informed they don't make any more, so had to get a used one, then send it to someone that can put the mileage on it cause the dealer cant do that!? Spoke to the manager and he said he would 'take care of it and put his foreman on it. Then they said it must be a faulty battery and they had me go get the one that was in it, trade it for a new one and bring it back!! I picked up my car and it ran so I traded it in for a Toyota Highlander! NO MORE DODGE!!!! I should include that I bought the overcharged car from them 6 years prior.
Thank you for taking the time to write us this review. We are sorry you were not informed about the charge prior to the tire rotation and how we had to re-wash your car. We like to hear reviews like this so we know what areas we need to improve upon.

I have taken my Jeep to Dwayne Lane's since it was new and I've always gotten excellent customer service. I needed new tires this year. I ordered them on Tuesday and they were installed Thursday.
A
I had my outside door handle replaced about a month ago. They did a good job replacing the outer handle and I was satisfied with that. My inside door panel was damaged during the process of changing the door handle. Supposedly the door panel was in “poor” condition when they got to it which is BS because I take care of my vehicles. The only reason it is in poor condition NOW is because one of THEIR guys screwed it up. I was told that it would be “looked into” and someone would call me the next day about fixing the damage. I never got a call. I’ve called and left messages and I haven’t heard back. I won’t take my vehicle back there which sucks because I was looking to spend a pretty penny getting my car detailed, customized, and completely overhauled there, but not anymore. Not there at least.
H
I would give ZERO stars but not an option here. I understand now why they are called Stealerships... I scheduled a time/date and took my vehicle in for repair. I was told it would be no problem to have it done by a certain day/time. Of course that day came and went and it still was not ready. Shela claimed the tech (Ryan) spent all of his time diagnosing a secondary issue I asked them to checkout while there for the primary reason. They claimed the tech (Ryan) couldn't duplicate the problem. It literally did it in the parking lot when leaving. Even worse they charged me $1000 and DIDN'T FIX THE CAR for the primary or secondary reason I took it in for repair. Shela claimed "Well we fixed what the computer told the tech (Ryan) was wrong with it but unfortunately it didn't fix it." "If you spend another $3000 we're certain it will fix it this time." So I was charged two separate diagnostic fees one for $175 and another for $350 plus parts and labor on parts that didn't fix a single problem. Unfortunately, it's not just Dwayne Lane, the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep stealer in N. Seattle left my vehicle running in the alley and it was stolen and the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Stealer in Smokey Point left a rag under the hood when changing my water pump which got caught in my serpentine belt on the freeway throwing the belt. Which is why I ended up going to Dwayne Lane. I've run out of stealerships in the area so will likely sell the vehicle. You've been warned...
S
Shop lost my key for locking lugnuts. Took 20 minutes for them to go thru all of the keys to find mine. I took my Wrangler in for a rear window warranty. Sounded like everything was going to be covered, had to order a replacement window. No one called me for at least a month. I had to call, my service member doesnt work there anymore, they lost my warranty, dont know if its covered now.
L
I had my car looked at by the dealership I bought it. They didn't have the ability to work on it there. So I brought it here. I explained what the vehicle was doing and gave them the notes from the other mechanic. They took my car called back at the end of the day left a message saying they didn't see a computer code saying there was a problem. Because the day was over I left a message asking them to call me back. The entire next day went by with nothing. The next day I came got the car. Now my door locks don't work. So I have more issues then I started with.
L
It’s all in the details! I dealt with a very nice gentleman in the beginning. The lady who helped with paperwork was excellent, kind and friendly. I was quoted a price and agreed to that price. Before the loan could be processed I noticed they quoted me the wrong vehicle. I asked them to honor that quote before the loan was processed. They would not. This felt like I was being taking advantage of. Once the sale was done the problems began. I was not given the pre-inspection routine, nor was I given the all important review of the features of my vehicle upon receiving the keys. So far I’ve had to bring my vehicle in several times to fix things. Once again feeling taken advantage of since the things should have been taken care of prior to my leaving with my vehicle.
Hi Lynn, we are so sorry to see this. We believe the confusion lies in the fact that you were looking at two trucks and the initial quote was for the more inexpensive model, but you chose to purchase the more expensive model. Regarding the additional issues you raise, we have agreed to replace parts free of charge. We would love to further this conversation with you over email if you would like to discuss this matter further. Please email us at [email protected]. Thank you so much for your willingness to work with us; we appreciate you!

One failure after another with time and money lost. Do not go to the dealership! Dwayne Lane's Service Department has been a truly lousy experience over multiple weeks from appointment #1. They are incapable of providing basic service for a horn replacement, but are stellar at damaging your car. This dealership damaged my car three times during a simple horn replacement. The horn to be replaced, now twice, is now NOT fully functional. Grade of F.
B
Recently went with my friend to this dealership to look at a hellcat, we were immediately greeted by Naomi who happily took us on a test drive. Naomi and everyone else at the dealership all seemed to be straight shooters, gave us complimentary coffees, and helped my friend figure out the best way to make a deal happen. They offered an extremely fair price on his trade in right with no haggling. Ultimately our trip lead to a fantastic deal and us leaving in a brand new hellcat!
J
Naomi was amazing through the whole buying process. She found me the car if my dreams! They gave me a fair price for my Jeep Wrangler...even though it was sad to let her go. I was extremely happy with the fast and friendly service that I received. I came after work and they stayed late to accommodate me. Naomi wanted to make sure that this was the car for me and would have stayed even later if I wanted to test drive other cars on the lot. I appreciated all her time! I love my new car! 💕
J
Miss Naomi was a great salesperson and friend, I would say! She was very patient and attended to any of my requests until I found the car I loved. She has a great spirit and had great conversation with her. Would definitely come back to this dealership and say hi again! Overall great experience!
Thank you for your 5-star review! We agree that Naomi is great; we're so happy to hear that she went above and beyond to ensure that you got the vehicle that was perfect for you. Thank you for choosing Dwayne Lane's; we appreciate your business! We sure hope you do come back and say hi!
J
The salesman who worked with me (Ryan S.) really worked hard to help me get into the right jeep for me. We test drove a couple of cars, we discussed what I actually needed and what I was willing to give up to get those things, and we settled on a car that I've been enjoying for about a month now. It meets all of my needs and is fun to drive. I was in the dealership for just a couple of hours while we did the paperwork, and the finance specialist was incredibly helpful. My credit isn't great, and they were able to work with that to get me into the right car for me.
Thank you so much for your glowing review, Jono! Our staff is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that all your needs are met! We're delighted to hear that you're loving your Jeep!

Rude service adviser and receptionist. I bought my 2019 Ram truck here a year ago and the Sales people were friendly. But my oh my, the service department needs some major overhaul starting with the receptionist. When I bought my truck, there is a complete booklet of coupons in my glove box including oil changes. I called in for an oil change appointment 2 weeks ago and informed them about the coupon that I have. They instructed me to just bring it with me when I go for my appointment. Oil change was done and with no hassle. I presented my coupon to them and they took it. I went home, and that afternoon I received a couple calls and a text from Alyssa informing me that the coupon was from a cancelled account. I did not know that the coupon was cancelled so I was willing to settle whatever I owe them so I gave them a call back. The receptionist that answered sounded very impatient, no phone manners at all, with no proper etiquette how to put people on hold, and you can just tell by how she communicated that she has no customer service phone skills. She kept going back and forth with the service adviser which is Alyssa, so I told the receptionist that I just want to talk to Alyssa instead of her going back and forth. When Alyssa got on the phone, she sounded very accusatory about the cancelled coupon. I told her that I have another discounted oil change coupon that Dwayne Lane emailed me and that I can forward the email to her so I can use that one instead. She sounded very doubtful that this is not a legit email and wanted me to come in and present them the coupon. I told her there is no use for me to come all the way to Seattle and drive to Everett and present a printed email to her. The email is pretty sufficient to verify the coupon that their own dealership sent me. She was very impolite, rude and accusatory on the phone. I was still explaining my reason, and she hang up the phone on me. That was very disrespectful, very unprofessional and very rude. Dwayne Lane should screen their job applicants before hiring them. These 2 people should not be in the customer service field at all. And for that reasons, I will not recommend this dealership service at all. There are other RAM dealerships that have professional and respectful employees.
Edward, we are sorry to read about your experience. Unfortunately, you brought in a coupon that was expired so we can not authorize it. We apologize for the inconvenience and we want to ensure you we always strive to provide excellent customer service, but we are sorry you felt that was received. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to email [email protected].

I have taken my 2012 Ram longhorn back in the shop 5 times for running lights and headlights issues. They kept my truck for 6 days one time. Meagan tells me every time it's fix and never bother to test drive it in all 5 times. The last time i taken it in 3/5/2021 Maegan told me that i had blown both of my light bulbs and they replaced it and fix my headlights. Well, as i taken my truck 5 minutes on the same day the lights still not working I've been given the runarounds by Meagan she told me that they test drove it and it was fixed. She lied period just like the other 5 times. I driven my truck at night to check my headlights they are still out alignment. How do I check it, I park in front of my garage you can see that my right headlights is high and pointing towards the other side of my driver side. I just wanted my running lights and my headlight fixed that's all. Now I have taken it to Rairdon in Monroe 3/10 I also had another appointment with Meagan on 3/9 but i canceled. Dwayne Lane services has a lot of history of reworks. Take a look at my service records. It's ridiculous I have had talked with John West in past but it's no improvements. I am a patient man but this is it. I am tired of this. Rick

Having a new car is great, however, purchasing one is usually a different story altogther. Surprise surprise.......I actually had a fantastic experience. Naomi, you are the best! Thank you for your knowledge and customer service extrodinare. I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase and experience. Also, many thanks to Luke in finance for finalizing everything effortlessly. Sincerely a customer for life, Paula
J
The organization has been great with the vehicles I have purchased from them and servicing others over the years. There is one issue I take exception to and that is charging for a diagnosis and then charging for labor above and beyond that for the repair. If one takes the vehicle to the shop to have it diagnosed and does not bring it back for repair? Then yes, a diagnosis charge is indeed justified. However, if the car is diagnosed and repaired by Dwayne Lane's Dodge? In my professional opinion, the diagnosis charge should be waived or applied to the labor charge for the repair. I am not sure when this idea of charging additional for a diagnosis when they repair a vehicle started? But it is annoying and honestly unfair. Management should reconsider this practice.
Hi Jack, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're so glad you've been a part of our family for so many years and are thrilled to hear you're always pleased with your experiences. We appreciate your suggestion regarding the diagnosis charge and will definitely bring it to our service manag er for consideration. Thank you for choosing Dwayne Lane's; we hope to work with you again in the future!
J
0 stars if I could. Took my 2005 dodge ram for an oil change today. I'll admit there's problems with my truck. But giving an 9k repair estimate and asking me if want to schedule today?? I politely tell them no. Get into my truck....drive off the lot...and my heater core is blown. Worked just fine before I pulled in. Crooked SOBs....now I have to pay a real mechanic to get a real problem fixed!!!
g
Great experience with our salesman. Went above and beyond to help us out! Thx Nathan!
