I have been to this Branch a few times since it's one of the only ones that you can do everything you need to do. The customer service has been good, other than one tell her I dealt with in the past. I didn't want to take too many pictures as it's a bank, and I'm not sure how they would feel about me taking pictures inside. Lol! Overall I like the bank and will always come here if needed.

Not recommend open business account with BECU, it’s make business even difficult with all poorly designed apps and system. BECU have divided account into personal & business, personal looks nice, but business account is disaster, the BECU Business App can not even categorize expense, the business account ID has been excluded by PayPal( only accept personal BECU id) . The Business App is not” less-than-ideal”, is literally less-than-Normal, hope the tech team could be serious about this!!

I have an auto loan through BECU which was originally sourced through an auto dealership. Setting up auto pay for this account has been the worst banking experience I have ever had. They have multiple pages of forms to setup autopay through an external account. I have no interest in keeping an account at BECU because their interest rates are terrible. I have called multiple times and been to the branch office to get things worked out and am still getting late fees and penalties to my account because they set it up so that money arrived in my account *after* they bill my account. In affect their autopay is auto-penalty, and this is after I went into their branch office to make sure everything was setup correct!

Had to wait in a line to use the coin star and they made us show id to use that service which makes no kinda sense when any other stores with coin star doesn't make you do that. This bank is a joke. With awful service.

Hannah Andrus gets things done. She got me started with a simple BECU checking and savings account. Almost a year later, I e-mail her and she responded so we set-up a date. Well, in this "date" we manage to refinance my auto loan. I was paying $291/m on my Benz at 29% APR, Hannah got us approved for a 3% auto loan. Now we're paying less than $130/m. Thanks Hannah!

Christine Craig was awesome I know policies are there for a reason and buisiness need to protect themselves but when some on has banked with you for a very long time and the company the check is from is a very big well known company it should be a sign that this person is on the level we live in a time now where good people get punished because of all the bad ones christine was able to kindly look at these variables and not place a hold on our check we are great full for your help christine merry Xmas and thank you

Rude Customer service ( don't see how in hell they have a job). As I'm writing this I just transferred all my assets to Discover Bank. BECU has absolutely nothing to offer. If you go inside it take so much time in line, If you go to the ATM's there's people waiting.

Great place to bank, excellent services. My family and I need to take care of our health so we're not doing masks, they were accommodating and gave us some free disposable face shields to use while the local mandate was in place.

BECU has been great since I have been a customer Early 2015! The ATM's are very convenient and many locations for additional convenience . The staff has been pleasant at several different locations in the Mill Creek and Everett area. Best rates on loans and savings accounts (money markets) with Member Advantage. Customer services on the phone has been pretty good too. They were able to replace my debit card immediately at a local branch after mine was stolen. Just an overall great credit union.

After being a customer in good standing for many years, BECU caused my savings account to go negative from 2 NSF charges to my checking account. Then they suddenly closed my checking, savings and Visa CC accounts. This caused a huge problem when my Direct Deposit from the Social Security Admin had no account to be deposited into, so my monthly SSA payment was returned, and I could not pay my bills or buy groceries etc. When I attempted to pay off the accounts, they told me BECU would not accept payment over the phone! Since my local branch has no teller services, I had to drive over 25 miles to deposit the pay-off funds. I am so glad I am finally done with this train wreck BECU caused.

It's a nice credit Union .the only complaint is there only like two credit unions in Everett people need more than two because it's just not convenient. And I know you can use other ATMs but they need to have more BECU ATMs where you can make a deposit .

Look out for Isaac Fritz , member consultant at the front desk at this center. If you are being served by him, get ready for an outstanding experience that will make one less worry for you. He is respectful, great listener, genuine helper, knowledgeable, & a solution seeker. He offered me the notarize service which I was unaware about BECU. He saved me from the hassle to get copies of my documents from the library too. His service made me feel valued of a being a BECU member. I have never used BECU for any other service than banking. Most don't do more than they get paid for. He went extra mile. With proper care in times of my need, I felt pleased to be part of BECU since 2006. If you meet Isaac or someone like him don't forget to sent kudos to these representatives who do those Little Things That Matter and keep us going with that business. Otherwise there are many who sell same stuff in the market. People like Isaac make a difference. Thanks for reading!

I on the 1800 # that a branch manager could release a hold, so I drove to the Everett branch. The Everett branch has no personal touch and a cold feel. The hand off of information between the teller and the branch manager was cold and off putting. I had to ask to talk with the branch manger Marsha who is not a banker that looks out for it's members and it felt like she lied to me. I would have given the branch multiple stars because it's clean and bright with lots of parking, but will never go to this branch again. I was going to refinance my car loan and now will be moving my business and personal accounts. Long hold time if you need to call in.

There are 10 teller stands here but when i came, there was only one teller open. The line was so long a lot of people ended up waiting for more than an hour. Why are there only 1 - 2 tellers open when the line was so long? It it just ridiculous

BECU is a great non-profit credit union. I have been here since 2016, the only downside is that they never returned my $4000 that has been fraudulently taken from my account in regards to a scam. I hope they can return it to me by Christmas so I can buy gifts for my family.
