Dustin Upgren and the entire staff at the Cold Spring office have been so supportive and super easy to work with. I am always greeted with a smile when I walk into their office. My questions are always answered on the same day. Brady, my account manager, has made the process of switching insurances so easy; making sure we understood exactly what was in our policy, canceling our current policy, checking in to make sure we’ve received everything. Overall a great experience. I would recommend Dustin Upgren and his team any day.

I can't express the amount of appreciation I have for Nathan and his crew! I was unhappy with my current Insurance but had so many things with them I didn't have the time to look for a new one. Nathan made things VERY easy for me to get a quote for all my needs (home,cars,ATV). I worked with Nathan to get started with State Farm a few years ago and have spent the past few years working with Lori. She has been able to answer all of my questions immediately. She even answered at 9 pm on a Thursday night when i had minor water damage and was happy to help. I recently had to file a claim with State farm and got amazing assistance from Eve! I made a phone call, she didn't have the answer but found out within 30 minutes and called me back as promised. She then stayed on the phone me into the claim center to open the claim. I had received payment on my claim within 24 hours! Overall the experience with Dustin's State Farm team has been top notch! 10/10 would recommend to family and friends!

We switched over to State Farm a few years back from Farmers Insurance. We have never regretted our decision. Not only did Dustin and his team lower our insurance premiums, they have all been a joy to work with. One of the things that I love most about their office is that they are always willing to support the community in any and every which way they can. I love seeing them out and about our town giving back. It makes me proud to do business with them. Nathan from State Farm was very warm and friendly. He explained everything to us in detail and saved us a great deal! We had a storm go through our area recently and the following morning Nathan called us to see how we were and if there was any storm damage done to our home. This was the first time any insurance agency had ever called us. It was a very nice feeling that our insurance agent was concerned about us. We also met with Dustin about other insurance/banking questions and he was also very friendly and informative. Just a great experience overall!

Great company and great people. Nate took the time to meet with me on very short notice and was able to spend a chunk of his afternoon going over a bunch of home insurance and auto insurance options. He was very patient and extremely thorough. I was a little apprehensive about the meeting but could not have been happier after leaving.
