I was there on Monday to do a simple transaction didn't have my member number from another credit union came back on Wednesday and they couldn't cash a 25 dollar check waste of time costomer service does not exist there

Lost my debit card and they want to charge mw $10 to replace it. This is the first time I lost ny debit card. Going to find a credit union that doesn't charge to replace a debit card. That is more of a bank thing and not a credit union whi says tgey look out for you. Smh... It is too bad that they are starting to turn into a bank.

Latinos, my race, a better advice, do not do business with Dupaco ... they charged me the payment of my car twice in the month they tell me to my face that they did not charge my card and then to the person who served me as Apollo on the credit ... I rectified it with the bank then I called him to make another payment that I had to make and they charged me $ 1,300, they are very clever and then they say that they have good service with their clients, a lie, do not do business here is the reality ...

I had a DECENT motor vehicle loan with Dupaco but when I tried to go for a mortgage application @Chris Hurley literally took all of my information, I went in to give all my financials, I called multiple times, spoke with his superiors and yet still....never received interaction back. What a waste of time. I can't wait to just pay off my truck and be done with this annoying lack of customer service.

The dupaco on cedar heights drive in cedarfalls,ia is super rude and unprofessional. They act like customer service isnt a big part of their job. I will never come to this location again. I will drive out of my way to avoid this location.
