Don’t have any information correct and report wrong info then give you a low business credit score. Fixed it 3 times already and they did it again. They deserve the bad credit.

The online support system is unworkable. Password reset does not work and you cannot get to a person at all. I would be very careful using this as there is no way to dig out

Dunn and Bradstreet are a scam. They try to leverage small business owners into paying them for a good rating. Don't use. Don't respect. Laugh and turn the other way.

I get at least two spam calls a day from this company and I don't even own a house, let alone a business. I would suggest steering clear of them.

Customer service is awful, their rude and not helpful

I noticed the guy below said it’s a scam, but I reviewed several of his reviews and he gives a lot of negative reviews. Here is the truth, as a business owner the power behind having a complete and updated business report is important. It can help business owners like myself leverage the creditworthiness to lower interest rates, solidify credit for growth through loans, and help separate my personal credit from my company so I don’t have to continue to risk myself as a personal guarantor. Also, with their help I am now able to get a list of leads for my exact ICA of people I do work for so I can pitch my consulting to them. Maybe he didn’t know how to utilize his account or he wasn’t current with his customers and had negative marks, who knows!?
