Our experience building our dream home with DSLD was phenomenal. Every employee we had an exchange with was professional, courteous and very responsive. The whole team was very helpful throughout the process of building our home, they were open to changes we wanted to make during the color and style selections and accommodating during closing time. They stayed on schedule with the build process and the sub contractors did a great job! Big thank you to Shawn and his team on the build side as well as Lindsey, Malory and their team and all the great work they did. We especially want to thank Kelly and her team for the care they took of us throughout the entire process! Great work DSLD!

Our experience with building through DSLD was great! Darnell walked us through every step of the way despite all the supply chain issues, Kelly Burns handled the mortgage and made it seamless, no issues with any of the building process at all as well. The supers on site were very attentive and answered all concerns in a timely manner as well. Highly recommend!

I just purchased my very first home with DSLD, and they are truly amazing. Considering that I am a nurse, and I work overnight, they made the process of buying a home for me very easy and convenient.
