With a near 100% success rate for their loans they don't need to prove they are the best, they are the best. Miranda was very knowledgeable and friendly. She kicked off the process expertly and gave me a great deal. Miranda educated me on the whole process and made me feel secure with knowledge of the various phases of getting approved. Kelsey has great communication she routinely gave updates and asked about my needs to ensure that we were on the same page. GMFS Lending is the best lender out there. I am a realtor and use Stephanie Barto all the time in my business but I just used them for my personal Construction loan and WOW!!!!!!
