Latisha make the experience good as far as car buying goes. Got a used 2015 Camry here. After mechanic inspection on it everything looked great except the battery which was off brand. Looked at another used car before hand found a usb cable that didn’t belong in the engine. Overall a good experience.

This place was great! Jazmine was our sales associate; she was very helpful and down-to-earth. And the efficiency -- I have never seen a car lot handle the buying process with such precision! Usually it takes so long, like all day long before you even find out if you're approved or not; but it was relatively quick. Another thing I was impressed by was being able to actually fully test-drive the car. At other dealers, you can only drive a few feet down the street and that's it. We were able to drive the car for thirty minutes if we wanted! I realize there have to be restrictions and precautions because of COVID, but such a short distance as that is ridiculous, considering the THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS you're about to spend! Drive Time really considered their customer's needs and feelings on that one. My daughter bought the car, I was just along for the ride; and I can truly say, we are both so glad we came! Looking back now, I think I probably should have just given them A FOUR-STAR RATING; I think only time will tell whether their vehicles are quality vehicles and how reliable and how quickly they go about handling repairs. I will follow-up with an update regarding the performance of the vehicle and if/when they honor their service warranty for repairs, because THAT'S how you really tell if the dealership is any good or not. THAT IS WHAT SEALS THE DEAL . . . SO STAY TUNED!

My sales agent Jazmine over at the Savanna location was great. She worked well with me and did what she could to make sure I left satisfied. I went to one Drive Time in one city and was quoted one price and was applied but when i went 4 hrs to the next location the price changed. My biggest complaint would be that the car diry inside and out and they sold me a lemon. I had to put the car in the shop after havong it for a week. The transmission needs to be replaced and the radiator needs to be replace along with wheel barings. I think it is terrible that they sales people broking down cars. I want to return but I was told that I would have to pay for all milage over 300 which I had just driving back home. The only good thing that came out of this is the warranty company Silverrock is making everything is taking care of. I will never purchase another car from Drive Time ever in life and would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

My car was recently totaled, and I needed to get another car really fast. This is the fourth car that i have bought from DriveTime, and the second time that Chris has been my representative. He is really great. Some of the processes takes a little longer than i would like, but I know that procedures have to be followed. Everyone has always been very helpful and friendly. I have always had nothing but good experiences with them, and i would recommend them to others.

Jazmine was so wonderful. I went with my mom to get her a car. This is the first time either one of us had to buy a car because my dad always did it. Unfortunately he passed away. I Had a great experience at the Savannah Location. My first sales rep did everything he could to find me the car I was looking for with no luck so I decided to wait. Well I wanted to buy a car from drive time and I did everything they wanted online I got approved so I wint in but when I got there they did have none of my paper work together so I had to do all my paper work that I did online over. The lady sends me outside to look at what kind of cars are out there that I might like so I pick 3 cars that look good to me I tell the lady so she car get keys but when she comes back she tells me that 1 car has no key the other car can no be test driven and the third car had a sign on the seat that says pleas dont start.know if you have a car lot why would you have cars on the lot and they don't work why would they ask me to go look at cars that don't run nore drive just doesn't make sense to me but ok. The most crazy part was when the lady ask me do I want to come back to look at other cars why would I do that if the first experience was NOT GOOD

This is my 2nd purchase from DriveTime and they always get the job done. Latisha was very easy to get along with. She answered all my questions and was not pushy at all. She was great! Here we are a month later and the vehicle we purchased is using oil. The first one I bought was perfect but this 2nd purchase doesn’t seem like such a good choice. Get the car checked by a mechanic before you buy it.

I had a wonderful experience with Jasmine and purchasing our car. In the 2 months that my husband and I have had the car we have had so many issues with it. 1. My husband had to change out the spark plugs 2. He had to replace one of the breaks because it was metal on metal. 3. The tires are expired. They expired in 2018. 4. Once the car reaches 60 or 65 it starts shaking really bad. Sometimes it even does it at 40 or 45. They told us that the car was looked over and everything was fine but it's not. Everytime that we take it to be looked at they say that nothing is wrong with the car.

I went there Saturday afternoon 1/8/22 for an appointment I had at 5:00 P.M. The salesperson I had acted like she did not care if she sold a car or not. I had filled out all of my paperwork on line as instructed by the dealership. When I got to the dealership I was informed by the salesperson that I had to put a down payment after I was told on the phone that I qualified for no down payment.

This place is selling LEMONS I purchased a SUV from them and have had problems from day one.When I called back to try and get something else they told me because I had it more then 5 DAYS they could not trade it out. Really come on now y'all want our business but don't honor your word.All they would tell me was call your warranty which is SILVER ROCK AND THEY NO GOOD EITHER.I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THEM AND I STILL DONT KNOW WHATS WRONG WITHY TRUCK.PLEASE PLEASE CHECK YOUR VEHICLE OUT BEFORE BUYING FROM DRIVE TIME.I wish I could find a lawyer to sue them they just getting people money.I will never go there again and sure want send anyone.

I previously gave DriveTime a 5 star review back in March after purchasing my Kia. Unfortunately, my Kia was totaled in an accident, so since I had such a great experience at DriveTime the first time, I decided to go back in September to get another car. After having my new car for less than 3 weeks, the check engine light came on. Because my car is under warranty with SilverRock, I had to take it to a repair shop in their network. It took me 2.5 months to get this appointment because they only have 2 shops that are local in their network (the wait time at the other shop was even longer) and within 30 mins of my car being at the repair shop, they told me I needed my engine replaced. I tried taking the car back to DriveTime, which they refused to take it back stating I was only allowed to return the car in the first 5 days of purchasing. So now I’m out of a car for at least 1-2 months. Basically, DriveTime sold me an overpriced lemon and refuse to take responsibility for selling me a complete POS car. SilverRock isn’t much better, as they will not pay for a rental or loaner up front, they will only reimburse you. Who has 2 grand to drop on a rental for a mistake someone else made? I will never do business at DriveTime again. They are scam artists.

Accidents are never easy to deal with and can be very unpredictable, only hoping you are okay from it. Please know that each of our pre-owned vehicles goes through an initial inspection to make sure that our quality standards are met. However, there are some instances in which mechanical malfunctions may appear after the sale, which is why we provide a Limited Warranty that offers coverage within the first 30-days of sale or 1,500-miles driven, whichever comes first. A Vehicle Service Contract is also offered through SilverRock as an optional product at the time of sale which assists in most situations thereafter. I am sorry to hear that you were not able to get your vehicle diagnosed promptly. Unfortunately, some of the repair facilities are either short-staffed or extremely busy due to the pandemic which is causing delays on vehicle concerns getting resolved. If our customers are not pleased with their purchase, they can bring it back, no questions asked within the first 5 business days or 300 miles driven, whichever comes first. Be advised this time frame excludes the date of sale and any days that we are closed, such as recognized holidays and Sundays. Regarding any possible rental assistance and reimbursement that would be provided, should your vehicle be at a repair facility for over 8 hours of repair work to be completed, SilverRock would reimburse up to $30.00/day with a limit of 5 days for covered repairs. This process is also outlined on page 2 of the DriveTime Limited Warranty that is provided to every customer at the time of sale. I truly apologize if you have lost faith in our company. Got rear ended yesterday. Pretty sure total loss. After leaving the hospital today I walked across the street to drive time. Not only was I not acknowledged while walking the lot I came inside for someone to say "can I help you?" I responded and said yes I'd like to see a car. There was only one on the lot I liked. He proceeded to ask if Ive done anything online. I said no. He said ok... Go ahead and go on there and do the credit application..... Now... Let me ask.... Why would I do a credit application if I don't know if I like the car once I get in it? He then told me that there wasn't anyone who could help me. Really?? So you just want to run my credit when there's no one to help?? I sell cars for a living. That is not customer service and that gentleman literally let a 10k+ down payment walk out the door in a 27k car. I think i need to work at drivetime. I would sell all the cars because I know how to treat people.. There's no drive at drivetime.

I purchased my 2014 Ford Escape from Drivetime nd the first day I test drove the truck, there was a knocking sound coming from the rear, so I ask the sales woman that was in the vehicle with me" do you know what that noise is" and she said," no ma'am I don't, but I will find out what that noise is". So we made back to the building and the sales woman went and ask about the noise on the truck, the sales guy said" he didn't know about the noise on that 2014 ford escape, so remind you these vehicles are inspected before they make it to the Drivetime lot. So as I wanting to purchase the truck, I ask the sales woman," are you going to have the truck fix before I come back and purchase it" she said to me" Yes ma'am we will have it fix". So about a month later I came back to purchase the 2014 Ford Escape, I ask them did they get knocking noise from the back of the truck fixed out and she said"Yes ma'am we did", so I go to test drive the truck again to ma kn e sure and behold the noise was not fixed, so I look at the sales woman and say to her" I thought you said the noise was fix", she said" I thought they sent the truck to the shop too". So we get back to the building again and she goes back to the same sales guy and ask about the truck noise, " he say we sent to the all the mechanic shops and they couldn't find out where the noise was coming from and what the noise was", so I said " don't worry about it I'm going to take the truck to the dealer and they will find out where the noise coming from and what the noise is". So I took the truck to J.C. Lewis and they got my truck in the shop the same day and found out what's wrong with my truck, the rear gear shaft was messed up and the Labor guy said" if you would have drove that truck for about 2 more days, your gear shaft would have came apart and I would have been in a bad accident," so he said we got to get in touch with your warranty company and let them know about what's going on with your truck. To make along story short, my truck been in the shop several times for major problems to my truck and Drivetime knew about all the issues to my truck. So I know all these people that giving Drivetime 5 stars, they are lying and trying to make Drivetime look good with selling those vehicles. Their lot is full with a bunch of FRENCH LEMONS. So I will never never never again recommend nobody to go purchase a vehicle from DRIVETIME.....

My experience was great, no bs pushy salesman. Charles Shaw was my sales advisor and he was super helpful. He didn’t try to pull anything slick, he was very straight forward and honest and helped me get into something I wanted. I highly recommend asking for him when you come in. Kevin, I’m assuming the branch manager, was the one that reached out to me, and he was also very helpful. We bought a car from the same company four years ago, and I was not nearly as impressed as I was today. Great deal and great people.
