Byron Johnson was our salesperson. I was hesitant to purchase from Drive Time only because I had never purchased from them in the past. He did not bombard us when we first arrived. We were able to look around the lot without being pressured. He made our experience stress free. He was 100% professional. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle my 18 year old daughter was interested in. I would recommend Byron Johnson as a straightforward sales person without all the hoopla. Honestly, I never write reviews but I’ve just about had it. It’s a hit or miss with there cars. I give it three stars because the people there are great. My mom got a car from there never had any problems, I ended up getting a Kia Soul and within a month the engine was blown completely and I needed a whole new engine. I ended up going back and getting a completely different car. I got another car and within a month and two weeks I needed a new headlight harness. That cost $5,000. I don’t have money to just be throwing around like that. I honestly regret going there just because of all the stuff I went through. Not to mention I went through hell trying to get a new car going back and forth between drive time silver rock and the repair shop. Nobody wanted to fix the car and I needed a car to get around. I was so glad to get a new car and the fact that drive time put my down payment and the two Payments I made on the Kia towards a new car was great. I absolutely love the people there great customer service and really respectful and quick they are very helpful but I’m just tired of getting cars from there and having to get them fixed.

I went to look at a vehicle after a horrendous wreck a few weeks ago. Upon arriving, Mr. Byron Johnson greeted us and helped us through the buying process. He offered superlative customer service and was the most patient car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was able to answer questions in a judicious and accurate manner. His personality and friendliness were a welcome addition to a situation that could have been stressful. He was understanding in my mobility restrictions due to the wreck and I did not feel rushed. My plan is to go straight to him upon my next vehicle purchase and I would advise everyone to do the same. I have never felt elated after purchasing a vehicle, but somehow he managed it. This has been the easiest and quickest car buying process I have ever experienced. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and treated beautifully by everyone I crossed paths with. The experience was life changing, i mean seriously. I just purchased a vehicle from CarPro Virginia dealership and 3 days later the transmission quit on me. Prices are not good. They don't negotiate. Customer service was terrible. We waited 30 minutes before anyone ever acknowledged us. Then they said " someone will be with you shortly" we waited another 40 minutes before a rep let us test drive a car. The car was nasty in the inside and didn't run well. It was not a good over all experience.

Antonio was absolutely the best! He made it so easy. We made 3 trips up to DriveTime total, but worth the hour drive every time. The first time we had dealt with James, who is equally pleasant. We test drove 2 vehicles, then went home to think about it. There was no pressure at any point to buy a vehicle. I then went back and met with Antonio who helped me reserve the car I drove away with less than a week later. I would definitely go back for another car when the time is right!

I thought the car was driving a little funny so he drove for me (while I sat on the passenger side) and assured me that it was normal for the car to change gears the way it did. It was a quality vehicle with a fair price. Tia was a pleasure to work with start to finish. Antonio helped me out and he was awesome! I showed up without an appointment to look at 2 cars and was able to test drive them with no hassle at all! I was able to drive and inspect the cars without any hovering over my shoulder! Definitely recommend coming in and seeing him!
