I have been shopping around for insurance with a bunch of different companies and I chose to set it up with State Farm because of the quality of service I received and their rates were amazing as well! Jeff Walker explained what the coverages meant for me and helped me set up a package that will keep my family and our assets protected! I have never understood insurance before since no one has ever explained it and how it works. I feel so good now knowing that I won’t have to worry! I would highly recommend this office and Jeff! Erik had reached out to me based off an internet search I had made regarding auto insurance, I brushed him off initially because I had decided a day earlier to go with American family insurance-I got a few different quotes and thought I was getting the best price for my budget. He ended up sending me a follow up text with a quote that was $20 less than American family. Once I sent him my vin # and license info it was another $10 less. He was really nice in the face of my impatience and I got a better deal. I’m super grateful 😊
