Closing for Refinance of our primary home was completed for us with good timing (we avoided June monthly payment to old loan). ~60 days end to end. The service that was provided was outstanding. I will recommend anyone needing a home mortgage to atleast have a consultation with Hussein before buying a home. Very friendly but focused team! We are very satisfied with the team at Dream Home Mortgage. From day one, everybody took the initiative to focus on the final goal of loan approval and advised with that focus very timely. There were a couple of moments when the seller was non-cooperative but the Dream Home team worked patiently and diligently through the process. We recommend them to all our friends.

Hussein will overpromise and NEVER deliver. BE AWARE! After the initial call with him, he requested us to fill out the application on his website. We shared all the required info and then didn't hear back for a month. After a month, he texted us to share a document that we had already provided with the initial application. We offered the document once again. Since then, Hussein has stopped responding to my emails, calls, and texts. Legally, he violated the law, which requires a loan estimate to be provided within three business days after sharing the application. I regret sharing the information with him and not going with another vendor. He wasted our time and potentially a better deal with another lender. Do not use him and his reviews below are probably fake! Someone should look into this. Lastly, the delay in response is certainly not due to COVID-19. Let me be the first one to call him out on the fact that the day/time at which I had reached out to him, he didn't answer my call, but 10 seconds later, my friend (potentially a new client) called, and he answered. He gave the same spill as he does on his initial call.

Team Dream Home Mortgage has been a key element in my recent Investment property acquisitions as well as ReFi's cash out options. Mr. Husain Panjwani knows this field in and out and I highly recommend you talk to him before making any moves in the real estate world. Not only will he give you solid advice, he will do his best to get you the lowest rates at very reasonable closing costs. The man is a magician! Also props go out to his team, especially Ms. Vaishali, who goes out of her way to make sure the process flows smoothly through to the underwriters and closes on time. Both Husain and Vaishali go out of their way to work with you on the loan, they'll work weekends and after hours to get the job done. I highly recommend these guys! Really great experience getting my loan done through Dream Home Mortgage. They did an out of state loan for me and the title company that seller opted for was really bad to work with as they wouldn't respond in timely manner and their closing documents had a lot of issues. Vaishali from DHM was very persistent in working with them and did a great job in getting everything resolved in time.
