Priority Home Mortgage was such a pleasure to work with. They were knowledgable, friendly and answered all my questions. Would definitely work with them again.

Do not EVER use them!!!!! If you do happen to save a little money with them, it's not worth the risk. We switched lenders only to save some money. Definitely not worth saving money!!! They don't know what they are doing. They caused us to miss our closing date, and now we have no place to live. My son's birthday party was planned to be at our new house, and now we have to figure something else out. They have totally screwed up everything for us, and it was totally unnecessary.

Horrible experience. They charge higher closing costs and interest rates to compensate for the builder credit. Not worth it when other lenders easily beat the offer. Stay away from them. You can get a better deal with most local lenders.

Owned and operated a mortgage brokerage for 9 years and financed multiple primary and investment properties but NEVER treated a customer or was treated as poorly and disrespectful as with this company. Wrong information, Inaccurate updates, Incompetence, Wasted Time and Money being referred to programs I wasn’t eligible for. Terrible representation of David Weekley the builder. Would NOT recommend them to anyone, EVER!!!

I’ve really enjoyed working with the team from Priority Home Mortgage. They answered all of my questions and were with me throughout the process.

I was offered a 2.99% interest rate and relied on the estimated itemized fee worksheet to enter into a buyer's agreement. I entered the agreement and was pre-approved. However, in the Priority Home Loan Application, the interest rate increased to 3.25% and the home price increased from the amount in my buyer's agreement. I requested the information be corrected. However, they refused stated that the offer was for applicants closing in July even though my offer was documented in the initial estimate itemized fee worksheet. In addition, there are several items that are incorrect and varying in the loan application documents even demographics. The loan application expires on 7/23/20. I will continue to try to resolve this prior the expiration of the loan application. However, I WILL NOT recommend using this David Weekley Homes subsidiary.

Priority Home Mortgage missed my closing. I didn’t get an apology. I tried contacting management but never received a call back. I would not use this lender ever again.

Great organization to work with. Very fast and knowledgeable and actually care. Tracey goes above and beyond the call of duty for her clients. Will recommend family and friends to use their services when they are looking for a house!

I had a terrible experience with Bridget Kelly, between the high pressure sales tactics, and the false disclosures not happy!! BUYER BEWARE!! Do your homework before choosing this company..
