DK Mortgage Company was a good business with the use of the Express Portal made easy to quickly load the fire hose of some use ya needed when buying. Usually always answered when called with questions, would have been nice to know when hands were going to change for a new processing agent. Sean knows his stuff and all staff were courteous.

Mr. Aki Sayef is professional, timely, organized, candid and reachable in-person. I have been working with Aki for 12 years on multiple properties and also worked with other lenders on other properties for few years. Aki undoubtedly is the best who gets the best mortgage rates to the customers saving thousands of dollars and provides prompt guidance/advice to the customers on rates, rate locks and other mortgage related activities. I would any day recommend only Mr. Aki Sayef for mortgage/re-financing and just leave it on him, and you (the customer) will be the WINNER.

Walt and his team are very efficient at sorting through all of the documents, paperwork, and variables involved with Home Loans. I have done 4 loans with them in the past 3 years, and will use them again.

There is a loan officer I highly recommend at Draper & Kramer. Tim A is a true professional!! His knowledge of the Mortgage of the business is incredible. Throughout the entire process Tim was there to answer every question with confidence. My loan was for an out of state property which comes along with different rules and laws. This was a non issue for Tim!! He breezed through the differences as if they didn’t exist. I highly recommend Tim A for your next loan!

Our Refi experience started out well, however, it deteriorated at the end when I received a last minute better offer from my existing lender to retain my business. I feel it was handled unprofessionally when I took the offer to my loan officer to see if they could at least match it. I was told it was common sales tactic to swoop in at the last minute to take advantage of their hard work and that there was no way they could deliver on what they promised. While my interest rate was reduced a little, the interaction was strained and made me feel like I had no right to ask they match the better deal. I went through with the loan, and I will see if this a decision I come to regret even more. My initial dealings were positive, but the end definitely colored my opinion of the company and their sales tactics.
