Doug was really helpful walking us through the mortgage process. He explained the process in detail to us (as we were first-time homebuyers), was always readily accessible by phone, and was able to match a competing rate from an online brokerage. We got our “clear to close” a week ahead of our closing date and our attorney was able to review all documents ahead of closing. Even though Doug changed companies after we were pre-approved (but before we were under contract) there were no hiccups in the process. We’d definitely work with him again.
