The process was pretty smooth until it wasn't. I'm a first-time home buyer and was using a grant offered by my job to reduce my closing costs. He told me this wouldn't be a problem and was generally very helpful. We discussed my different options and then I asked him to put it in writing so that I could see everything laid out befor committing to anything- then I never heard from him again. I ended up going to Trident Mortgage and they were on top of everything. Does seem like Movement is reputable but I would just make sure you have a backup plan (as we all should anyway).

The whole process was smooth! They kept in frequent contact and made sure everything was understood and orderly... Couldn’t have asked for a more simple and easy process for something I thought was like pulling teeth beforehand.
