Dort Financial Credit Union S State Rd, Davison

Let me start by saying I have never had an issue with the Holly Rd. or Hill Rd. locations. I recently moved to Davison and this was my first time in the branch. I wanted to deposit rolls of coins that I had put together. I was told they can only take 5 rolls of coins at a time and the coin machine was right over there if I wanted to use that. Its money, why can I not deposit money into my account no matter the form? Also, I spent the time to roll the coins, I am not going to unroll them. I than gave the lady some bills that I had and she looked at me and said "How much is here?". I was blown away and said "Seriously? I don't know". She stated "Yea seriously, do you know I'm going to tell you the right amount and deposit it correctly?". I said "First this is a bank, I should be able to trust you with my money no matter the amount". Second, if you're expecting me to tell you the amount how do you know that I'm telling you the right amount? Horrible first time experience in this branch.

Ive tried to meet with a mortgage person at 2 separate branches. Both allow you to schedule online. Davison called and said the person was gone until next week ... which ... ok then why can I schedule an appointment then? lol So I try to schedule one at the Holly Rd location... which it lets me ... only to be called by them and told they don't have mortgage people in the office and most work from home. Again ... why can I set up appointments online then? As someone with only SSI ... I don't know if I could even get a mortgage but it sure would be nice to find out if I could. lol

When I need a loan!!! They are fast and friendly and they help out anyway they can!!! I’ve never had a problem with ATM service’s or my checking account or on my phone app to my balance!!! Been banking with them 14 years.

The loan i received was handled very quickly and professionally by Lisa Long. The quickest service i have ever seen. I am highly impressed!!!

Processed a auto loan. Received voicemail with approval within 24 hours. Took a month of emails and phone calls to get customer service to complete process. Worst experience. Would not recommend. I am considering closing my accounts after this experience.

Mary and Julie were absolutely amazing and solved our problems instantly with grace and the best attitude. Very very nice ladies. Best personality and customer experience I’ve had in a LONG time!!!

This credit union is absolutely worthless. I strongly advise everyone to stop saving any coin, as dort financial will not accept it. Their reason being, and I quote "we don't have any place to put it;". Go to a real bank. Save yourself the frustration. Dort Financial SUCKS!!!

I have always loved Dort credit unions. They go out of thier way to make sure you feel taken care of!

I've been trying to access for a week. Codes were sent HOURS after requested, or not at all. It's now refusing to send a code to my phone OR email.
