Every ELGA Credit Union I have been to has been a very exceptional experience. The Davison location is a great example of what a Credit Union should be. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. You feel like a member.

ELGA is a decent credit union, but they failed to meet expectations when it came to credit establishment and the loan process. My wife and I were unable to complete the process due to miscommunication and lack of care on ELGA's side. They made it very difficult and ultimately just dinged my credit. Regardless of my credit, they should be wanting to help a customer so customers like me would stay with them for a long time. Normally I wouldn't care, but with better banks and credit unions out there, I couldn't give a great review. In addition, they refused to cash my check because it wasn't going into my account. Account has been closed.

As a single dad it has been very difficult to keep my finances straight.ELGA is one of the most accommodating financial institutions I have ever dealt with!

The employees here are very professional at what they do and have always answered my questions with the best of their knowledge. I’d highly recommend this bank over any other bank is town. Especially over dort fed!

Wouldn't waste me time. Just as greedy as the other banks but have only a couple locations. Better off with Bank of America.

I highly recommend this bank, especially a worker named JT, wonderful experience, he went above and beyond to understand and help me out with my situation and I could not thank him enough, truly a great person, and a great bank. God bless.

I just spoke to a very nice lady who explained though I'm not eligible for a loan at this time she was so nice to help guide me towards getting back on track in a way that I can build my credit back up. Most people don't take the time to be kind. Thank you that made my day
