Dort Financial Credit Union Holly Rd, Grand Blanc

I have been a member with Dort Credit Union for close to 50 years. I have always been pleased with their options, their security measures... and especially the professionalism of their staff. My most recent appointment with Chrystal at the Holly Road branch was outstanding. She was efficient, knowledgeable and very customer oriented. She is just one more reason why I will continue to do all my banking with them.

I thought I was stuck with high interest on my auto loan. Not only did Tiffany show me how to lower the rate, but she also did it for me on both of my auto loans. I highly recommend seeing Tiffany at Dort Federal Credit Union for the best interest rate offers on your loans.

I went in to talk to customer service where l iterally watched the representative texting on her phone for over 5 minutes before I said to the front desk " is she going to acknowledge me because she's just sitting on her phone " I was than called in....but the absolutely worst service they have is the wait to get someone, anyone to answer the darn phone. I have waited nearly an hour for help. I've been at Dort for many many years and the service is not what it once was...what happened?

Tiffany has been the biggest help to me. She’s helped me through some difficult times and I really appreciate her kindness and assistance.

Dort Federal came to our rescue ten or so years ago when we needed to consolidate some credit card debt. We were, and continue to be, grateful for their help. Since then, however, they’ve grown way too big - more brick and mortar locations doesn’t necessarily mean better service, and this is definitely the case for DF. Quite frankly, their service has gone straight down the tubes in the past few years. I liked them better when they were smaller with better service.

Not a good experience. Everything was fine until I totally paid off my auto loan. They still automatically withdrew from my bank account almost $200. They agreed to send a check refunding me the money , and did but my bank institution cancelled their auto pay since they had no right to steal the extra money. I voided the check and sent it back, plus e-signed papers to say the check was voided. Now, months later I’m still being called by this credit union. They leave voicemails with no info on why they are even calling me. I won’t do business with them again ever.

Tina at the Grand Blanc, Holly road exit was very helpful with my auto loan. She had exceptional customer service, was quick to follow-up with me and made sure it was an easy, smooth transaction. Highly recommended, definitely 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tiffany Brown was very professional and knowledgeable, she made me feel at ease when dealing with my finances. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone that needs help!

Spoke to a Josh, very rude individual. Gave this person all my identiting information. Never answered my simple question. Pertended he could not hear me hangs up phone on me. Plubic Service?

Dort Financial Credit union has help me through refinancing my house and cars in all the years I’ve been dealing with them in a very timely manner. The only drawback is weekends and holidays when you need to got a hold of them. But then that’s true of the whole US Bank industry.
