I am surprised to see poor reviews about this place. I’ve been with chase bank for 14 years, I have never had a problem at this particular branch, in fact, I have had nothing but outstanding customer service here.

Worst customer service ever. Wouldn't let me do the deposits for the store I work for because my name isn't on the business account. It's a business account, why would I, a employee of the company and not the owner have my name on the account? Ignorant.

The staff at Grand Blanc Chase /JP Morgan is exceptional. From top to bottom they are the best. The tellers are friendly and competent. Mandy the manager works hard to assure the bank is running efficiently. Steve Phillips is a banker's banker. He makes a concerted effort to accomplish the customer's goals. He is never too busy to assist. Michael Gudith knows the market and what you need. He goes the extra mile assisting customers and advising them on the best fit - investment strategy wise. If you are looking for a new Bank or investment advisor see Mandy, Michael or Steve. No bank can start to rival their on-line banking system. So what are you waiting for?

Applied and approved January 5,2019 spoke with management and was told things will be expedited and that I should receive Sapphire card by Tuesday or Wednesday but I have not seen it come in and when contacted branch no one seemed to care or own up.

I stopped into this Chase branch and spoke to the teller Shannon. Unfortunately, I was rushed out without being helped. I was told “if you do not have an appointment you can’t be helped” my response was “I would like to schedule an appointment” in which I was then told “we don’t have any appointments, thanks” and then she went on doing something else. I am very disappointed with the unprofessional demeanor, and lack of overall care for my banking needs. I have been with JP Morgan/Chase bank for many years, most of my travel and Engineering project funds flow through Chase. This may change depending on the outcome of the appointment I am going to make with the branch Manager to address Shannon’s lack of decent performance, and disrespectful attitude. More to come - If you are in need of support to discuss any details on your own account, want to make an appointment to speak with a banker, or even want to explain your query with anyone at this branch; please save yourself the trouble and travel to the next branch. The trek to another location will save you time and effort, and I may have been able to save you from a very poor experience. This branch used to be fantastic, now I will not plan to return. This place used to be good and efficient. I am not sure what exactly happened, and it looks like they have a new manager. I went there today to open a new savings account with a coupon and they did not let me use money from my own checking account to open the saving account with the coupon. After that I wanted to withdraw a larger amount and they did not have money. They said that they can offer me a Cashier’s Check instead. After coming back home, I saw that they have charged $8 in my account to print the check. Of course, I am going to call them tomorrow. What really bothers me is that they did not even tell me that they are going to charge me since ‘they did not have money’. No matter what the person at the desk has to tell the customer that they are going to charge for the check; that’s Chase’s policy.
