    My wife and I were in search of a new SUV with a 3rd row for our family to replace our minivan. We couldn’t be more pleased and appreciative to the folks at Dorsett Automotive, specifically Derek Carroll for helping us find EXACTLY what we were looking for! Buying a car has normally stresses me out but thank you Derek for great customer service, guiding us through the process and answering all our questions as well as Kevin King for helping us with our financing. We are so thankful we decided on the 2022 Hyundai Palisade from Dorsett Automotive. It has all the features, technology and warranties that we were looking for and more!     My wife and I purchased a car @ Dorsett. We put together a work order for the purchase agreement. We found a few months down the road that there was still an unresolved issue. Dorsett honored the agreement and took care of us. We are pleased with the service and how personable the staff is with us. Good place with good people!

    I'm start off by saying I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership worst buying experience by far I drove 8 hours 16 total to purchase it, my Hyundai Genesis I'm keep the story short but after buying the car it downhill from there. They tired to get me to buy this vehicle for almost 20k no sir if the car went throw a 120 point inspection like they say.. The tires having flat spots A/C line was leaking on the low side from the tire wheel cover not being secured, they would've noticed all those things. Eric Michaels was my sales person he was no help at all, Brandon Dorsett played cool at first but he flipped the script on me saying it was my fault that the car had those issue's, they take my money for sales tax which is $1,125.29 and the paperwork they provided I couldn't use in my state to get my tags. Been trying to get my money from them over a year now and they have continued to ignored me, I won't my money back you'll should know who I am look me up I know I'm in your files Tyran Turner..

    As you stated, we have addressed the tax issue many times. The bottom line is you purchased a car in Indiana and by Indiana law we are required to collect Indiana sales tax. When you got home to Arkansas, they collected sales tax from you again. This is not a dealer issue but instead a issue with your home state. We did not collect anything from you which we were not legally required to do, As to your A/C issue, we sent brand new parts as you requested and you agreed to have them installed by a local shop of your choice. We never want to have a issue when someone buys a car from us but we mutually agreed to this way to handle your problem. Sorry if you feel otherwise.

    Jared Lucas did an excellent job selling me my new Mitsubishi Mirage. He handled my questions through emails , texts, calls and in person. Knowing I didn't even want to go to the car lot due to being afraid I wouldn't qualify. He wasn't overly pushy but wanted me to come up and give him some time to work with me. The Finance department did an amazing job getting me approved with the payment I wanted with Gap and Service Warranty included! Back to Jared he even delivered my car to me at work and gave me his cell number if I have any questions, issues or concerns to text him directly. Now that's Customer Service! Very Thankful I went to Dorsett! And had Jared Lucas as my car salesman.

    They claim to offer a "pleasant" car buying experience but do not put prices on most of their inventory. That's very unpleasant.

Nearly all of our vehicles are priced online; the only vehicles not priced would be fresh arrivals or units which may not have arrived yet. If you are referring to physically pricing the vehicles then that would be a different matter. All new inventory come with a window sticker. Used vehicles have values that change daily, so unfortunately it would be nearly impossible to maintain accurate pricing on each used vehicle.     Thank you Brandon R. and Josh for our recent purchase. While other dealers were taking advantage and marking up the same vehicle above MSRP due to the current situation of our economy, Dorset Automotive not only kept it honest but also worked with us on our trade in and rebates to make sure we were satisfied with no pressure.     Horrible costumer service. Was interested in a 2009 Nissan Altima that was posted to the website. Drove an hour to go check it out. The car was on the loft being serviced. Gave our contact information to Ernie Engles who showed us the car. He never contacted us or returned messages or calls. Called again 5 days later to talk to the receptionist to see if the car was available and she went back to the technicians and it was. Got a call about 30 mins later saying the car had already been sold. I feel like I was discriminated against because my boyfriend and I are young and they felt like we weren’t truly interested in buying when I was already pre approved I just wanted to test drive it. It was the lack of communication or effort to work with us that led to this poor review.
