These people are amazing!! I took a ring in in 2014 and had completely forgotten about it.. went in the other day 2021 and asked about it and they still had it!!!!! I was so impressed.. I cannot thank you ladies enough. I've always had excellent results from this pawn shop and will always go back. They not only have excellent pricing but their staff is absolutely amazing, professional, personable and always willing to help in whatever comes their way!! You guys need a gold star!! in

People are amazing and when you come in they call me by name and treat me like family. Always so nice to work with great staff.

I have pawned stuff here for almost 7 years. I'm writing this today about past experiences with this business because I went there today and...... This is better than Pawn It but they lack integrity. I went to First Cash Pawn to pick up pawned items only to have these money grubbing parasites bring me someone else's stuff. Where is my stuff?? 40 minutes later they're still looking for it, and then then I see my stuff on the sales floor with a price tag waiting to be sold!!!!! I informed the very rude black girl there that what they're looking for was being sold. She tried to say they wouldn't have sold my stuff, which wasn't due for forfeiture yet, because they don't do that. Total BS. I had also purchased a bike from these bozos a few years ago. The bike didn't even make it 3 miles before the fork separated from the frame, leave me bloody on on the side of the road. The girl that worked there, I think her name was Christy, said she would give me a huge discount the next time I came in to buy something. I never saw her at that location again! This was before that incident above. I'm an idiot for doing business with these clowns repeatedly. I won't be patronizing this business again. I've learned my lesson!

So I am told several days ago there will be a sale at 9am on bikes. I am told a huge event. At 8:45am just setting up a tent, I ask to go look at the bikes. I am told they will be brought up for the sale. At 9:20 there is 1 bike out front, I ask again. They tell me they will be brought up, and I need to wait. At 9:40 four more are put out. I don't understand how you are to have a sale, but have nothing ready. Most items here are very outdated/ overpriced. I get that they do negotiate, however if they know its to high. Mark it down! Never will I come here again!

paid new price for a ps4 did not get the charging cable for the controller, controller was dead so could not test it on the spot got home and it didn't work right. Went back got another and the joysticks were chewed up and buttons were mashed went back to resolve issue said they ran out of controllers i asked if i could buy the one i gave them back and they said they threw it away so i paid 300.00 for a ps4 with a jacked up controller. Staff is friendly guess that how they get ya. Learned my lesson.

My husband got a loan on a guitar was having money issues called to get an extension they told us sure as long as your here that day ...showed up to pay and the said they sold our guitar...1500 dollar guitar got a loan for 300 ...you screwed us ....hope you make a killer profit during covid. .when peoe are hurting We used to buy a lot from you doubt that. We will be back

I always get a great deal here and the staff is great!!! I love it when people think they should get full price at a pawn shop. People, they have to sit on the item for awhile and it may possibly not sell. You will never get 100% value at a pawn shop, that is how it works. If you want to make the most money then sell it yourself.

I went to buy rings with my fence and the lady that helped us was very nice and helpful. We bought one straight out and put the rest in layaway and when i got them out the guy there was really nice and explained everything to me.

I have a 1500 W Power inverter, less then 6 months old, paid well over 400 bucks for it, called and asked to get a pawn, they offered me 20 bucks... YOU GUYS ARE TOTAL RIP OFF ARTIST.

They don't know guns tow try and pawn them. Took in an ar15 100% custom and barely got what I asked loan for $300. My ar is an easy sale of $1000 at a loss of money just in added parts. Then the guy took keys to 2 other guns that I kept in my case and didn't know it untill today so I can't shoot my other guns untill I get my keys back. Not happy at all.
