I went in last Saturday morning when they opened at 8:00am and was out before 8:05am. Great and fast service. I can't remember the woman's name who helped me, but she was awesome! Whoever you are, thank you.

Lady hung up on me. She asked me to repeat myself, I did. Her response was to hang up. I could hear the phone being set down, so I know that it wasn't a dropped call. She didn't even respond like "I can't hear you, please try calling back". Nothing. Just 'click'. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

We went there Monday November 29th because we needed help and guidance to transfer an out of state title and was provided excellent advice and information on how to accomplish this including directions and information for the emissions test. It could not have been a more pleasant experience and very reasonably priced. Thank you for all your help.

The two ladies that help you are the most informative DMV agents I have ever used! They help me get a abandoned title. They walked me through the process step by step. I wish I could give 6 stars! I will never step foot in the MVD again. They got my out of state antique trailer with almost no history registered and titled in minutes. I've tried similar feats at the actual MVD before and it was always a nightmare.

It’s really nice when you go into a business and the staff greet you and provide great customer service. I went to Donna’s Title service to get an occasional on-road use license plate for my UTV. They seem to have a more can do attitude then the DMV (or MVD). I've been here twice and they had me in and out quicker for all the paperwork they have to maneuver around. I recommend this place for sure.

When I walked in the entire waiting room was full and standing room only. I walked out again with everything I needed within 10 minutes. They were incredibly fast, pleasant, and efficient. I've seen a few comments that they are cash-only, but that is not true. They do take cards. I would recommend them to anyone.

The ladies were very helpful and the price was awesome. I'll be taking my business there from now on and I will highly recommend them to to everyone I know or ask me where to get title issues done. Again this is a must go to place quick fast simple.

Wasted nearly an hour here because their website advertises that they do title transfer only service. Finally was called only to be told that they dont do it alone anymore and I need emissions testing. If you are going to advertise a service then stand by your advertisement. If your policy changes then update your website. Pretty straightforward

I have used Donna's Title Service several times in the past. The people are friendly and they are so quick. This time I was in line at rhe DMV with an estimated hour and a half wait, I called Donna's and they said to come on down. I was in and out in 5 minutes with all the paperwork I needed. I have no clue why people go anywhere else for their car title needs.

Great, prompt service with a smile. How nice that is. So tired of being waited on by grumpy people so this was a perfect experience.
