    This was the best experience. The dealership was clean. They had plenty of vehicles to choose from. Our sales person Sam J, was amazing. No long wait, no haggling, no hidden fees or markups.     I had a great experience with the service department. I brought my car in for a quick diagnostic test. Heard a little squeaking coming from my car. It was just a loose belt but they communicated with me throughout the process & of course made a few recommendations. They didn't hassle me into doing anything which I appreciate. They also aired up my tires & swept off my mats. Thanks David & the service department.

    Cary was who we dealt with. This man is definitely one in a million! He worked with us for over 6 hours, trying everything in his power to help us get this car. Just when we were about to give up, he came out one last time to tell us the new loan details. We almost cried! Thank you so very much Cary for all of your hard work. Our son now has a new, beautiful, safe vehicle. Thank you just doesn't seem to cut it, but it's all we have. Everyone was very friendly and courteous, but Cary went above and beyond.     I used the service department to have a seat belt latch fixed. The service man was friendly and professional when making the appointment. When I got to my appointment they took my SUV in early and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Great service and a free wash.

    I set up my appointment online. The drop down menu has the services/concerns you need. Time has to be allotted for those services. Appointments should be available for the time needed to not feel rushed or feel like you’re getting subpar work because it’s closing time. I respect and value peoples time because I expect my time to be respected and valued. I would have scheduled an earlier appointment to allow more time for my car to be worked on and get all the services needed so I wouldn’t have to make extra trips.

    Kenneth Jenkins, internet sales manager should find something more suitable. He was downright rude over the phone when I spoke to him and told him what I was looking for. He tried to rush me and even HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME when I started asking questions. I get your in sales but geez if a lead asks questions you should be able to answer them thoroughly. I’d like to do business but definitely not with Kenneth Jenkins.

    I went for oil change and problem with water for wipers not coming out. They did a good job with both things. They even washed my car. Everything was done in less than an hour.

    What a pleasant and easy purchasing experience. At the Dallas location, Nisa was courteous and helpful throughout the buying process. She was thorough in showing me the models, and helped me decide on just the right one (Outlander Sport ES). The only decision I had to make was the color (Octane Blue, like that's really a choice). Victor even did the leg work on the phone to get my vehicle from another location. Lastly, Sean, the Finance Manager, showed me the savings that he was able to pass on - and he was very easy to talk with. There was not a second where I felt the typical sales pressure from anyone in the staff. Thank you for removing all of the stresses about purchasing a new vehicle, and making me feel like I was the only customer there. Don Herring Mitsubishi on Marvin D. Love Freeway, Miss Nisa, Sean and Victor were the only way to go.

    Easiest buying experience I've had (and this was in a hard-to-find market and model). Michael got me the exact trim and package within a few days, kept me posted, and trailered it all the way to Albuquerque. When other dealers couldn't do it, pushed me into inferior vehicles, or kept me guessing, these guys went above and beyond without playing games.

    By far was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Mr. Wilson was great last time and this time as well. He treated us very well, very knowledgeable and very courteous. He helped with our last purchase about six years ago. Gave great advice on how to proceed with our purchase on yesterday.     I was greeted by Nisa, who made us feel comfortable as soon as we walk in the door. This was the greatest car shopping ever. I spoke with Ms. Nisa on the phone on 12/21/2020, did most of my paperwork online, and by email. On 12/22/2020 I was riding off in a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander Sports. Once again Don Herring Mitsubishi has made me happy. Went in at 8 am on 04/7.2021 to get my car check out from the service center. I was greeted with an Excellent customer, from Mr. Barnes, and the young man that test drove my car with me. Give them 5 star 💫 10/14/2021-Don Herring Mitsubishi (Dallas) Thank you for the fantastic service manager, Mr. Barnes, and service center, staff. I owned 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport for ten months. I called several times and visited the service department twice since I purchased my SUV (Ms.Tang). Each call or visit to Mr. Barnes/ service staff has made me feel like a priority consumer.

    Our salesperson, Sam J, was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle(s) that we were looking at and was extremely helpful in getting us in our new car!     I've bought two cars from this location. The customer service is always excellent, however be prepared to be slightly uncomfortable when getting your vehicle serviced here. If you you have an appointment at the height of the day the sun is beaming directly into the waiting are so it can get a little warm and the chairs are a little awkward if you are a bigger person. Other than that the service is wonderful.

    The experience was pleasant. We were not able to get the vehicle we really wanted without a cosigner but we were still able to drive out of there in a brand new 2021 Outlander Sport.     Found this dealership listed on the DPS website and decided to stop by for my State Inspection. Mr Salazar was very pleasant and got me sorted in a relatively short period of time. They charged me less since my vehicle was 2020 and I thought that was very forthcoming of them. Also happy about the complimentary wash! Those seemed to disappear over the past few months… Would recommend for your servicing needs!

    The sales managers Brett and Allen were the most helpful getting me a loaner car, helping me get a car towed. It took me 6 hours to get car towed from highway. I was and a hour and half from home and hour from dealership. Service manager tried from Plano tried but Roadside Assistance was not helpful. They hung up me twice. It took over an hour in the heat to get a hold of them each time. They cancelled 2 tow trucks also saying customer cancelled them. Brett helped to finally get it arranged. Service manager in Dallas explained in detail what was wrong with my car and offered the best repair for the best cost. Overall satisfied with Don Herring Mitsubishi, but not roadside assistance.

    Poor customer service. Poor condition vehicles. Nice selection of idiots, with a couple being felonious. I would not recommend this dealership, very weird staff and a cowardly General Manager. Thank you. Tenure is pale in comparison to the recent facts relative to the absence of integrity. The past is for learning from not to stand on past accomplishments. There is no attack, just plain facts that are echoed in many other reviews. Entire staff, including Victor, Rueben, Marcel and Mr. Ray, should be evaluated by someone who truly cares about customer relations. Thank you.

    This place likes to play phone tag in my experience. My ride has been at a different location near 635/oates due to a stolen converter ...... part was ordered in April 2021 and upon moving my ride to this location they canceled my ordered part. Did not offer a loaner or anything Just the typical run around. Now in the end of August and I'm still waiting for my part to be received and installed. 5 months now 😠

    Definitely awesome sales and service. I purchased my 10th Mitsubishi automobile with only 13 miles and now have 60,000 miles, I am still getting 45 miles to the gallon with no service issues or on any of my other Mitsubishi automobiles. I purchased 4 tires also from the dealership and to my surprise I discovered after I messed up one of my tires, I was covered %100 they have the best road hazard coverage I have ever experienced.     I never ever give a bad review unless the public needs to know. I applied for financing on day one for a vehicle they announced was for sale-8hrs later no call back on any approval, day two I called back looking for sales guy Victor and Sam and no one called me even if they told me over phone they were going to give me update but none to avail or attend my application and was told by intake internet mgr that vehicle needed to go back to it's original dealership to get fixed! And I would be notified when vehicle is ready to be presented to Bank for loan. 48 hrs later no call back or update, so I call back Day three (feel pretty abandoned in this process at this point) was told car could not get fixed because there was not enough employees to fix car at the other dealership. Day 4 I finally gave up with this location and decided if I wanted a vehicle I had to go somewhere else, so I applied for financing at same company but different side of town at" Plano dealership" Let me tell you, Complete different customer service and standards. Was approved with the vehicle I wanted same day and drive off with my new happiness! Basically Dallas Love field Mitsubishi has no class, standards for customer sales, unprofessional and do not care to sell for company as long as they are getting their hourly pay they are good. Never again will I recommend to the ghetto Dallas Love Field dealership. Y'all go to Plano location speak to Netta you'll walk out with your car in 4hrs. Zero down payments in 45 days! 40k loan Don't accept other people's defaults.

    I went to Don Herring Mitsubishi and purchased a 2020 Silverado with gap insurance and warranty. Everything went so smooth, even with my credit score not being the best I’m still at an reasonable payment and rate. Kenzie and Reuben took care of me and will be delivering my truck to me after they put new tires on. I’m happy with the overall service, wasn’t there long at all. If you’re in the market for something new definitely check this place out.

    I don't have enough words to express how EXTREMELY happy I am with Sam and the entire Don Herring Mitsubishi staff. They went above and beyond to get me the vehicle of my dreams. FIRST let me say that my situation was challenging and I also was a little picky with the vehicle I wanted (I mean I am committing to a 6 year relationship, I should be happy right..lol). The process started about 2 weeks ago when I did an initial request online to do some car shopping. My first and only stop was Don Herring mitsubishi. They promptly call me back and scheduled several appointments, unfortunately due to circumstances beyond My control I missed my appointment twice. We finally were able to set up a time to go over possible car buying options. Sam greeted me with a BIG SMILE... She promised me from the moment that I got there that she would take care of me. And she did just that! I was first given an option for a basic SUV, but I am a little spoiled so I wanted a few bells and whistles after all I was leaving a car that was fully loaded including a sunroof. They got me approved for the basic model, but I still wasn't happy, and Sam and Ruben work together to make me a happy camper, they approved me for the SUV I wanted. They even took the car that I still owed on and paid it off despite me being upside down. I am now the owner of a 2022 Mitsubishi eclipse crossover SUV. And I got a few bells and whistles with it too, which I am very happy about. My payments are a little bit more than I expected to pay, but again I mentioned that I am a challenged case by the way of my credit and coupling that with being upside down on the current car and not a HUGE down payment, I CANNOT COMPLAIN!! The process after I got there took about 2 hours from start to finish I put my down payment down and I was out of there with a clean vehicle, no previous owners, and I'm very happy with my vehicle purchase. I owe everything to Sam, Ruben and the entire Don Herring Mitsubishi family. Thank you for brightening my spirit, believing in me, and making me feel better. Go See Sam y'all!

    I purchased my current car from Don Herring and wanted to be a loyal customer. So reached out to Don Herring even though I don't live in the area. Initially the communication was "absolutely we can help, delivery and pick up is available, we can certainly do that." I was asked to complete the application and submit my documents, which I did that same day. Not realizing I was talking with people from both the Dallas location and the Plano location, I decided to stay with Dallas as I had started talking to them first. After submitting pictures, documents, etc. and receiving no other contact, sent Reuben an email asking if anything needed from my side... no response (still five days later, no response). Out of frustration, I reached out to Plano who said they were sorry and would have someone contact me. No contact. I called to speak with Reuben on Monday, was told he was out on vacation but would be back Tuesday and I'd get a call by 10 am Tuesday with an update. He didn't let me know he would be out of office, he did not ask someone else to work with me... no communication at all. As you can imagine, Tuesday came and went with still no contact from anyone. I wanted to be a loyal customer but they clearly do not appreciate that effort. Don't waste your time here, find another dealer who will appreciate you and your business.

    Customer Service is great and you will walk away satisfied. Service Center does an excellent job with keeping my car serviced and they don’t harass me on services they recommend if I chooses not to have service rendered at that time.

    DO NOT TRUST THEIR SERVICE CENTER. It is run by crooks. I went there to fix faulty AC vents, and not only did it cost 5x more than it should have, 6 months later the exact same problem is back. The worst part is that today I found out they had also sabotaged my third brake light. Probably hoping I would come back so they could charge me to replace the whole housing, when all they had done is unplug the power source and safely tuck away the wire. Very sad. Don’t go here, they will rip you off.

    David was great fast transaction got me approved with no money down. I drove off the lot with a detailed car, full tank of gas and a smile. Recommended to anyone. Just don't leave your car in the lot next door if you plan on keeping it. My truck was ransacked and ignition drilled out but they didn't succeed. But dealership was excellent

    THERE IS. It took over 2 mos. to get my truck repaired. Nobody there could give me an ETA nor the correct number to customer service. I called twice and got 2 wrong numbers. Once I talked to Mitsubishi Corp I got some movement. I had to go back to Mitsubishi Corp because my rental car from the Ins. ran out. Mitsubishi Corp. ok'd a rental for $500. or $600. I never heard from Don Herring or Enterprise until Friday. Sept. 17th to tell me that my part was in and they will callback when I need to pick it up. I never heard from Enterprise. Shortly after returning the rental to Enterprise and picking up my truck from Don Herring I was thrown in the middle of an overage fight! Now they are both pushing an overage cost that I had no idea about or control over onto me! I was Never Contacted to return the rental car by Don Herring nor Enterprise. I have never had this happen to me before. When I ran out of time with my Ins. vehicle my Ins. and Enterprise contacted me a day before. I don't know or really care who dropped the ball, but I should not have to pick up the tab!! I have been very disappointed with this entire situation. I will Never purchase another Mitsubishi again or any other Make that does not issue loaner cars because that would have prevented all of this!!!

    Don Herring has the best service department staff. They are always courteous, very professional in explaining exactly what will be done and what needs to be done. I am always offered fresh coffee and other refreshments while I wait. Oh yes, I can not forget the courtesy car wash and there is always a TV for the customers' entertainment.     I just want to say Victor and William are always helpful with scheduling and giving bad news, ie the price. They give me updates on what needs to happen as far as the maintenance of my vehicle.     Just bought a car a week ago. Called them wondering why the bank hasn't called, was told oh the numbers are off and you need to come back in and sign again. When I asked why they didn't call me and tell me they said Oh we have been busy and it's no big deal. First of all it is a big deal if there is a mistake, 2nd of all in 7 hours there would of been at least 1 person who could make a 5 minute phone call and 3rd it's a 2 hour round trip. Makenzie is nice as she is making the sale but once that is done she is rude and doesn't care. We had to drive back giving up our Saturday to see my niece for the 1st time in awhile since she joined the Airforce. Makenzie sat and told us don't fell up set about coming in, it's no big deal. You don't get to tell people how they should feel. It was a big deal for us to miss a chance because you made a mistake and didn't even have enough sense to recognize people's feelings or make a 5 minute call.

    I put my car in the shop to be repaired, due to my Cadillacdic Converter being stolen, I've been without my car for 2 months going on 3 and I'm being told that the part for my car will still be at least another month, I hadn't even paid my 1st car note when this happened, meanwhile, I have paid a couple of car notes, my insurance company has sent a check out and I've paid my $500 deductible, I also put $2,000 for my down payment. I asked them to trade me out a car for this one, due to, while on their lot, there was some hail damage done to this car and they still will not honor me with an even trade out, I've been to no name car lots that has treated me way better than this place. I'm so very disappointed.

    Went in to purchase a vehicle as an early birthday present to myself and had one of the best experiences ever! My salesman David was at the front door when I arrived and last to leave after all sales were done with keys in hand!
