After a year of them telling me all I had to do was stop payments with Great Lakes, I happen to check my student loans because they are starting back up after January I noticed I still have my loan at Great Lakes and I made all my payments to Doc Preps for a year before the pandemic. I tried calling and no answer, I tried emailing them and it says it’s not a legit email, what do I do?

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM/ BeWare I did payments to this place and I got a call from another company of them using my identity Pretending to be me . They said they are not legit and This is a fishing scam. I checked through the department of the education. If you get scammed notify your bank immediately and you will get your money back if you explain your situation. If you need to Consolidate loans reach out the department of education and they have a list of legit companies. BEWARE SCAM

They truly helped me out of a bad situation with my student loans. I thought it was a scam of some sort but I was so wrong. They always took my calls and answered any question I had. Eric was the guy handling my case and was so kind and helpful. So glad they reached out to offer help. Would recommend to anyone needing help.

Started working with this company in February 2020. First they kept saying they didnt/ or couldn't read the documentation that I had faxed (by this time-twice). Then they had me take my employer the wrong paperwork. Then Covid-19 happened & it's been terrible ever since. I've called and emailed to no avail...No calls back, no response to my emails. As of right now...still waiting. I'm requesting a refund of some of the fees..We'll see where that goes...

The results i received were better than what i was anticipating saving me so much money. All happened faster than i expected i cant say it enough i was very nervous about my loans and the payments before working with them. If you want to save money, an alot of money in my case, and learn about your loans and to deal with the banks you need to speak with these guys.Thanks again guys.

Terrible customer service. Will take your money and will offer you nothing in return. Consolidation of loans can be done on your own for free. No need to spend almost $900 to have a third party do it. Have spent months trying to get a refund back and all the company has told me is there is nothing they can do. Thieves!!

To sum it up, they exceeded expectations from start to finish. My situation is under control thanks to them and they provided a one on one session which really answered a lot of the unknown. Good luck everyone.
