Dividend Finance financed our roofing project with Pinnacle Home Improvements.The experience was great. The project was approved in a short approval time, allowing the contractor to get started and complete the project in a reasonable time frame. We are very pleased with the quality and workmanship of the entire roofing installation process. Divend Finance and Pink Energy were great to deal with and very easy to understand to follow the process.Pink Energy’s work crew (Alex’s crew). we’re SUPER GREAT and did everything they said that they were going to do. They ate lunch while they were working!

By financing our Solar panel system with Divided Finance we were able to be 100% able to make our own electricity for our needs. Three years later I am still beaming over this experience.

I financed through dividend finance solar with PINK energy and it has been a scam and finance dividend is aware of what PINK ENERGY is doing and they take no responsibility and they know what's going on because they are getting many bad reviews on these loans and don't care and aren't helping their customers.

Worst experience ever!! I’m buying a home that has solar financed through Dividend and they can’t figure out how to transfer me the loan. I’m literally trying to give them monthly payments for the next 15 years and it’s been horrible. No callbacks, retention department is closed and a slew of different excuses. Let’s see if they read this and actually try to call someone back

Do Not use this company to finance your solar. I'm still paying interest and none of my payments have been applied to the principal. I am never late on payments and I have had this loan for more than two years.

So far, a pretty terrible experience dealing with this company. Long hold times, confusing answers, and run arounds. Trying to get my mom's house sold and they pretty much scammed a 73 year old into buying solar, then added an $8k transfer fee on the loan at closing. Avoid at all costs. Work with someone else.

Worst experience with their web service. Can't even add principal or anything. Then when I pay the bill and get an email confirmation they don't process it and I get a late fee. Strongly advise against this finance company.

Worst loan company I’ve ever had to deal with, avoid at all costs. Managers don’t return calls. They don’t fully explain terms of the loan when you sign. The loan is extremely dirty and filled with caveats. I was told that the first 16 months were a 0%APR but in reality the first 16 months I paid none of that money went towards the principal. The money you get from the government for installing solar they claim as theirs. Avoid this company, unless you are a lawyer able to read and understand all the fine print.

We got solar and they are the company they work with but both are the worst mistake we have ever made! On this side of the issue they said they would help because we were told that the solar would cover us 85% its only covering 8-12%. They asked for all this paperwork to help me out and never did anything. They also pulled my money out twice that should have not happened and I was charged two overdraft fee's and they said it was my fault and that I have to pay them. When I asked for a manager they said they would talk to them and get back to me but never did. I am paying 50K for something that is just wasting space and money and nothing I can do about it at this point is what both company have told me. Both are a scam and just want to take your money!

Do not waste your time because they will waste yours. If you are interested I'm buying a home and are considering solar or are buying a house that has solar financed by this company you should just avoid making the purchase. In the very beginning on your first call to dividend (if you are able to get through) they are somewhat pleasant but, if you dont meet their qualifications, have questions surrounding how the financing works or need general questions answered; be prepared to be ignored, placed on long holds and if you leave a message, plan on leaving an additional 5 to 10 more messages without a call back. During the closing on my house, I was fortunate enough to not have to be a partner with this so called leading national provider of technology financing solutions. As they literally almost cost the closing of the house for myself and the sellers at the time. Both parties made multiple attempts to reconcile the solar loan in order to close on the house but Dividend kept haulting the process and could care less that closing may not happen. The staff will talk over you, not call you back or simply tell you that the only option you have is that one of the parties can pay off the entire solar loan! They will actually tell you this more than once. Yes, there is nothing more than we all want to do than just pay this company 40k to 50k for subpar customer service, poor communication and to have more interaction with automated voice system than an actual person. Definitley seems like money well spent. Also, plan on receiving forms that actually do exist but will be sent to via email. For example, if anyone needs a cosigner there is a form that shows that option where two people can sign for the solar financing but it actually doesnt exist. Dividend will then tell you this was sent in error. They will also send you forms to fill out for a single application but dont fill that out either because it's actually suppose to be digital link via email. I strongly encourage everyone to read the one star comments, as the experiences in these comments are far more consistent than the positive reviews. If you want solar panels and need financing find another company to work with or learn how to make the solar panels yourself. Chances are your success rate and time will be better spent than dealing with dividend.

They finalize a loan for solar panels with alternative solar when they haven't finished the job they are not working they have never worked now they won't stop the payments because the loan is for the instalation not for the panels to work. It never work they did not finalize the job and they do not care

Dividend made a complicated and expensive process clear and financially manageable. While human interface was minimal, nothing was missed and their coordination with the contractor was exemplary.

On Jan 23rd, 2022, DIVIDEND FINANCE reported a 30-day past due payment to Transunion credit bureau. I pay for credit monitoring every month to track my credit and I just received this Negative credit Alert, and this is how I have obtained this information. This could not have happened at a worse time since I am refinancing my mortgage. Now, my credit score has decreased, and this blemish is showing up as a 30 day late. Due to a hardship l did have a 30-day past due payment but that was back in May 2021 (9 months ago), and I already suffered a credit decrease and derogatory reporting back at that time. I called DIVIDEND FINANCE today, 1/25/2022 around 2:50pm and spoke with a woman in the Billing Dept. I only wish I had asked for her name. She was very rude! I could never finish speaking without being interrupted. All I wanted to do was make sure she had a full understanding of why I was calling. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and she would not do that. I called back again and spoke with Emily and believe she was in customer service. I asked Emily if she could transfer me to a supervisor over the Billing Dept because I would like to escalate my issue, complain about my experience with the extremely rude lady in Billing and get this incorrect credit reporting fixed. She said she can have a supervisor call me back within 24-48 hours. Since I did not want to elaborate any more or give her account info, she said that should not have someone call my back unless I gave her my account number. I asked her for the Corporate Office number and said I would like to file a complaint. Emily transferred me to Madison to help me with the complaint and escalate for a resolution. Madison was extremely helpful, professional and understood my frustration. She took my complaint detail, and she gave me my Complaint Case # CM-13802. She said to allow up to a week for a call back. *I did not have a 30-day late payment and want this removed from my credit report.

Quality financing that made my decision to switch to solar easier with no pressure and excellent, consistent customer service.

Madison was not helpful at all when I was asking about a recent email I received. I asked to speak with someone else who may know and she continues to try to assist me. Needless to say I will continue to call until I speak with someone who can answer the question I have from the email DIVIDEND FINANCE sent me🤦🏼‍♀️

Very impressed with the follow-up from the solar company the workmanship and the workmen that showed up at our house and the in the continued support waiting to get inspected thank you so much

Customer service was unable to help with my simple request of a payment date. She hung up on me. Avoid this company at all costs.

Read the one star reviews! I wish I had before receiving a loan from this company. Every negative thing being said in these reviews are TRUE! Completely ignore the "sorry can you email or call us for help". That's also a scam. You'll just talk to a rude service representative and then not hear back when you want to speak to a manager! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Very good experience with the contractor, painters and customer service. The painters came on time everyday and were courteous. They painted and cleaned up my property when they completed the project and my house is now beautiful. I love it!

It was very easy to work with to start my financing my solar panels.
