Diversified Members Credit Union N Main St, Clawson

Been meaning to post this review for a bit now. Very happy to have worked with DMCU on my auto loan. The rate they were offering was higher than the dealership, but I wanted to build a relationship with this bank as I'd heard great things from my coworkers. Not only did they bring down their rate to almost match the dealership, but on the day I came to pick up the check they surprised me by telling me they were offering a promotion of 1% back for anyone who obtained an auto loan from them and they'd deposited the money in my savings account. It covered more than half my first month's payment and ultimately reduced my interest expense to below what it would have been from Toyota. Planning on using them for a home loan soon. Great customer service, would highly recommend

Rachel the Member Service Representative was well informed about what banking services are offered which came to no surprise because she’s a Certified Credit Union Financial Coach,She made me feel as if I didn’t have anything to worry about when presenting my financial information and she was very patient with me. Rachel is my favorite bank teller of all time she is very efficient and kind, she suggested to open a save to win account so I did great idea always looking out for her customers keep up the great work!

Rachel is extremely helpful, professional and always has a smile for her customers. She recently assisted me in setting up a My Future Savings account and was just a real pleasure to work with.

Rachel rendered me some of the best customer service I have received at any establishment I’ve done business at in the past 20yrs. I wish everyone was as accommodating and welcoming as Rachel. I’m sure I’m not the only one to view her this way. Although I live in Midtown Detroit I will continue to support that location because of Rachel and the other young lady who assisted her that day.

As before I mentioned the service from Diversified C/U is great. Leah Smith Dale is outstanding, whenever I have a problem that needed fixing,she has gone out of way to help. My family has been helped by her one way or another. She is Gold 🪙, I wrote this because she definitely should be recognized for her years of service, dedication to her job. Thankyou 🙏.

I just to say that Rachel at the Clawson branch is my all time favorite. Every time I go in there she always greets me so cheerfully and I just love her and she is also so helpful in everything that I need and she always know all my information and I don't even have to tell her. Rachel is not only the most knowledgeable about what banking services are offered, she knows each and every customer at Diversified. She make you feel important and goes way beyond what is required to improve customer relationships with the bank. I moved out of town and kept the bank, because of that very reason :) Thanks Rachel for all you do!

I rarely take the time to write reviews like this, but today I'll make an exception for Rachel at the Clawson branch. I'm not a "regular" at Clawson, but Rachel remembered me from my previous visit months ago and greeted me by name before I even presented my ID and banking info at her window. I was at the branch to make a simple deposit. It was a very routine transaction, but Rachel made me feel like it was the most important thing she'd be doing that day. It's not often that you receive exceptional service like she delivered today, and it speaks exceedingly well for DMCU that she's one of your public faces in Clawson. Thanks, Rachel!

Rachel made our experience here amazing. So happy with this credit union. I set up my first debit card and other beginning things and she made it very understandable for a young girl. Thank you rachel!!!
