When I needed immediate financial, I called Conerstone Community Financial for help and I was approved in less than 15 minutes and had the funds in my account soon as I signed the documents. Very poor customer service. The issue was not resolved until it went up to supervisor. Mobile banking very awful. Very poor communication from the CCF banking service even though there is various channels to communicate to the customer.

1.49% interest rate on a car loan is a tactic to fish in new customers. They pull your credit report and than tell you they cant give you a loan with a 739 score & wont give you a copy of your report. I tried them 2 times SHAME ON ME ...... BEWARE
