I had never heard of this Loan Office, passing by that area I saw banner, I was going to call, but it is better face to face. Walked in was greeted very professional by a nice young lady Marvel, she explained on information about their loans. A gentleman walked in, which he works there also very pleasant, brought over a nice cold bottle of water & offered it to me. Everything was explained so well & loan was processed after I brought in rest of information they need, Such a professional experience!
