Directions Credit Union Crossroads Pkwy, Rossford

I've never had a problem at any of the branches of Directions, and I've been a member for many years. I have rarely been through the drive thru, only when it was mandatory due to COVID. Yes, I had to wait., but I had to wait EVERYWHERE I went. The tellers have always been plenty friendly (I don't need to be their best friend or have a 20 minute discussion on the merits of topic of the day. I appreciate that they do their job and get me out of there.) I haven't had any problems with the bank policies or procedures, deposits or overdraft, hours, etc.

Extremely rude employees. I called there to inquire about a repossession. They lied and had me call the police at which point I found out the vehicle was repossessed. Then they accused me of screaming at them on the phone. I never in my life screamed at these looney individuals. They yelled at my boyfriend, insulted him, and told him even though he only missed a payment he was out of luck. He paid 23,000 already!!! Rude, rude, rude, unprofessional language, and they are liars! Flat out lie to your face liars. Never!!!

Rude employees and horrible online banking. I notice money missing all the time and they can't ever keep up on their app. I came from Education Plus in Michigan when they merged with Directions and I would NEVER reccomend Directions to anyone.

I can never get any satisfaction over the phone...if you actually have to speak vs online transactions...they will not assist...but, on line..sure! Some...not myself...have gotten use to a no contact world.

Worst Directions branch around. I’ve never had a negative experience with the credit union until now. Avoid this branch at all cost unless you feel like being disrespected by the “grumpy old troll” Christine.

I have an account here and I go here regularly and I really enjoy their service. The tellers are always helpful and their mobile check deposit only takes about a day to go through. Unlike a bank, they have no fees unless you do something like overdraft your account. I hear some people have issues with the entrance and exit, but the instructions for using them are literally at eye level. I would seriously recommend this place if you are interested in a credit union account.

Originally went to Directions Credit Union, thinking they were going to be better than the average bank. They charged me $25 for a $1 overdraft. Loansharking is 20% or over....Because they are NO better than any bank...they charged me 2500% on a one dollar, they said it's less than what other banks charge. I closed my account after one month with them...They are NOT better than banks, just branded differently! Disappointed in them, and don't try to sign on to their online banking...that will take you a month to do so! It's complicated beyond belief. I will have to stick with my regular bank, they don't charge me ANY fee if I overdraft my bank by $1 PNC.

There is no way to reach a human being over the phone without being on hold for 5 or 10 minutes

this is the worse credit union ever do not bank with them they deposited my check then put a hold on it and told me it would be available in 4 days not happy but said ok went back 4 days later and they put another hold on it for 10 days!!!! i cant get my own money out and all my bills are going to be late beware do not bank here

Joyce was so nice and helpful with our “shared CU” deposit. We are traveling and we’re able to make a deposit to our CU in Florida. Thank you Directions CU for your help!
