Went in here for first time today and gentlemen was very helpful and nice. Any questions I had they answered and they didn't rip me off and were upfront and honest about value and prices. Looks to be best rated one in this area too so I highly recommend coming here to find or sell jewelry :)

BEWARE! PURE HUSTLERS WHEN THEY TRY TO BUY YOUR GOLD. I asked for ball park figure on specific amount of 14k gold jewelry they started by saying 80% of spot then studarded to 70% because guy in background of phone call tried a quick correction to leave negotiations open type gimic. Check daily rates people for your specific item. Don't trust or go to these rip off artists glad I called prior to driving from republic ohio.

So I took 2 old pieces of jewelry I inherited and then the owner or manager?? Ross. I had spoken with over the phone week prior told to come on in to deal with him and that he would pay "top" dollar for what I had well he didn't do that offers me $270 for what he "thought" it was worth I go 8 miles the down the road and am offered double what he offered me and to be honest wasn't surprised at all but was fooled over the phone and I suggest everyone take your jewelery multiple places before selling your gold/silver to many rip off artist's

This place is Amazing! The staff are courteous, professional and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. The store is clean & appealing. They have an extensive selection of merchandise, and competitive prices. I have been a customer for almost six months, and I refuse to take my business to any other local shop (including the Tri-State Area)! Ross is a terrific person, and has always treated me with respect and seems to have my best interest at heart. I highly recommend this Store, whether you are buying or selling, you will never be disappointed!

Ross and Will are the most amazing employees there! I've dealt with them for over 2 years and have got the greatest customer service from a pawn shop ever. Will refer to anybody that needs a good pawn shop. I will definitely return!

I came in on a Friday afternoon probably around 15 minutes until closing time. I was THAT customer. Anywho, I walked in and was greeted and the staff behind the counter was very nice. Ross assisted me and after confessing I had never been in a pawn shop before took such good care of me! So honest and even took a little time to get to know a piece of my story. Highly recommend this establishment!!!
