Awful experience with Guy Rivera as loan agent.. My realtor warned me of his poor reputation locally for unprofessional and obscene behavior, and my experience with him certainly lived up to that and then some. I don't think I've ever dealt with anyone in any industry that was as obnoxious, abusive and incompetent as Guy.
