Chase Bank State St, Santa Barbara

The customer service here could and should be better. I was in there today with my husband who by the way set up the appointment a week and a half in advance with a banker by the name of Isaac Flores. He even gave my husband a card with time and date CONFIRMING the appointment. So when we show up today he has zero recollection of our appointment and can't find us in the schedule. We sat there for 20 minutes while they were scrambling to see who had an appt with us. When Issac came out he told my husband that maybe he set up and appt with another colleague and my husband told him "no, I was here a week and a half ago and spoke to you." We were upset because it was his lunch break and I had to drive in just so we can get a sorry we can't help you. I also rearranged my day for this meeting since it was my only day off and I live 25 minutes away. They also told us they had another appointment coming in so I'm assuming they "double booked" but completely forgetting my husband. We wanted to open another account too but now we'll just take our business elsewhere. Please do better with scheduling and PAYING attention to your schedules and appointments. It really is an inconvenience for the people that work the same business hours as you do and try to come I between breaks.

Don't open a business account here! They are unorganized, uncommunicative (unless talking over you) and just plain rude. I am referred to Sophia M., who proceeds to go on vacation without sharing this info, but nonetheless instructed me to have paperwork from other owners overnighted to her attention. Then her email does not have a vacation responder set up! So I reach Ceasar R. who proceeds to talk over me, not listening at all to a customer in the middle of opening an account and explaining the moving parts.

I decided to open an account with Chase because I had heard good things about the bank and they have convenient branch locations. The staff here were very friendly and professional. Jennefer was super helpful and made the entire process easy and informative. Would recommend.

The worst customer service, I've been waiting for almost 45 minutes with no one in front of me. Just trying to get my business account open. People who work here keep walking around, not looking busy, always saying just a minute. Last time I was in here the banker spent 40 minutes with me opening the wrong account. Not even sure how this is even possible.

Regardless what day I go, there is always a long line.

Melissa resolved a bunch of issues for my son and myself. She was clear, very helpful and we left completely amazed snd satisfied. She is our person!!!

ATM wasn't working and like 10 minutes later the atm was working. I wish there were more than one ATM so there's not a line to wait everytime to withdraw money after open bank hours.

Miss the coffee they used to have out on a counter. Kept saying it would return when construction was finished but it never did. However, if you really truly want coffee, they will brew some in the back room and bring it to you. That’s great customer service!

Ready to switch banks. When you call they don’t answer. When you want to close your account now they say I have to meet with a banker? Seriously done with this bank

Excellent staff BUT they don't offer secure credit cards, How are you supposed to build credit if you don't got any🤦‍♂️
