Dime Community Bank Broadway, Brooklyn

I visited lately a few more times and its pretty good right now! *This is my old review from 6 months ago* terrible waiting time i waited more then an hour for costumer service, i got a parking ticket too when my meter ran out because the one hour limit. when i came in was only one slow working person in charge and 1 person in front of me in the waiting line and i waited more then a hour for a 1 minute visit. when i left was 6 people behind me imagine how long they waited... it is a good branch until you have to step in to the branch in person if your time is valuable look for an alternative.

They recently moved to Broadway. I just opened a bank account the relationship banker Sílvia is the best. She explains things slowly for new clients she’s very understanding , and she also goes out her way to make her client happy. What can I say this bank is lovely their customer service is even better!

I have banked with Dime for my online money market accoount because of its annual percentage yield is one, if not the most competitive, in the market. There are no fees associated with my account. To me, the most important thing is that my money is working for me. Dime's money market account is at 1.10% which is by far the highest I've seen around. My local bank is offering 0.15% ... My goal is to save money, so it does not bother me that I can't withdraw money from an ATM, but I am pretty sure the account comes with 6 transactions per month. I've only called their customer service twice, and both times they were helpful. If you're looking to save money, and actually get a decent interest rate, check out Dime.

Since they’ve moved from Havemeyer Street to Broadway their customer service is horrible wait, even waiting on line is horrible. ATM machine IS definitely NOT secure don’t want to mention on here but BEWARE of the scams that go through their ATM machine at this location. I can’t speak for other locations. Their services were much better in my opinion at Havemeyer. Their suppose upgrade in services Vision Plus and suppose bank experience is by far horrible. With all these stupid changes they’ve done and it’s NOT to better the experience because it’s terrible. Their Dime App was better, their Old location was better, the lines inside were better, the parking was better. Overall, everything used to be better-Period. Why fix something that was never broken!?!
