Working with different institutions I have came across very few professionals like Sophia Sutton who not only is a great professional but also brings distinction to this banking institution, specifically this branch. Out of all institutions I have been working with, I never came across better management and team as I see at this branch. I am ABSOLUTELY in love with Sophia and her professional demeanor. She has helped me through every little process requested, sort of, on business or personal banking. Dime is lucky to have people like Sophia as the lead professionals of their team.

We have been banking at this particular branch for a very long time. When we started, it was only due to the fact that this was our neighborhood bank. But we were impressed by the personalized service given by our Relationship Manager Dywantie Gobin. She is extremely helpful and during the years we have seen that she keeps a regular eye on the account, so we never have to worry about anything. Dywantie is the reason that we have opened accounts for our other corporations there as well and from one account, now we have over 25 accounts at that branch for our Verizon Retail Stores. We really like her professionalism and the personal attention to so many of our accounts. We would say she is one of the best Bank executives we have met. We would recommend you to go to this branch and meet her. You will definately move your account to this branch.

It have known Ms. Dywantie Gobin for few years now. She is a highly professional and a respectful employee at the Dime Glen Oaks branch. She has a calm and collective attitude. I am at the branch on a daily basis and Dywantie attends to my needs and ensures that I am happy. Dywantie is a lovely human being. Recently she has referred me to Daniel Sanborn for my retirement investments. Dywantie assisted me with my IRA accounts in 2019. I wisher the very best. Ramachandra’s

I went to this branch for a simple transaction and faced racial profiling/discrimation from two employees, Mrs. B. Myers and Mrs. S. Sutton. They asked for additional verification when it was not needed and their only justification they tried to use was I never banked at that particular location before along with an alleged issue with my signature on file. I refused to provide any additional info and they released the money to me but only when I threatened to close out the account and name them as the reason. I banked with Dime for years, however this experience is one of the main reasons why I will be closing down the account shortly. Racial profiling and discrimination is wrong and should never be tolerated.

My experience has been awful haven't been able to access my account and receive checks alway a different excuse except several times working on consolidation

Today I came into the bank to accomplish 2 different tasks. I’m happy to say I’m more than a satisfied customer. I specifically approached Sophia Sutton. From my past experience she has been a great help to my father and I. I’ve known her for short time but I’ve seen her go above and beyond. Since I first met her I knew she was blessed with an enlightening spirit. Today I got to know a little bit about her. I must say she’s a strong woman. We had a conversation about my deceased mother which I normally don’t like to talk about. The fact that she showed such concern and care for my mother I was able to let my guard down. She gave me some insight about life that I haven’t thought of. I was able to leave the bank feeling relieved and hopeful. I want to thank her so much for her care and hospitality. We need more beautiful souls like her in the world.

I want to say I’m not that person who writes many reviews but with dime bank specially this branch I’m with them for let 2 years. All branch professionals are so warm and welcoming I can’t point out one person. Sophia, Luis, krishna, Roxanne and Zach they’re always trying to get out of their comfort zone to help. I would most definitely recommend business and professional banking with them. It’s a small scale but they treat you more than just professionals. I feel like they’re friends to me. i would highly highly highly recommend everyone to try it out I’m sure you won’t regret it.

Walking thru the doors of the Glen Oaks Dime Bank location is always a marvelous experience.. The Staff... From Bank Manager Sophia Sutton with her ever bright and radiant smile ! Always on top of her game! Luis Sic...The man who gets things done! The solution finder who goes above and beyond to resolve issues ! The Tellers...Always friendly and like everyone else knows me by my name .. I recommend the Glen Oaks Dime location.... The best!
