Once I was ready to buy Betsy and her team were so patient and knew exactly what they were doing to make it go smooth. Even when I would get frustrated they talked me through it. Jim is an experienced loan officer who really took care of me on his end. There were several complications in getting financing that he steered through with aplomb. I seriously don’t think I would have had the same experience with anyone else given these issues. The staff at his office are excellent and you couldn’t be in better hands with anyone else. They are unique and exceptional. Something that comes with experience and skill over the years. I have had two other experiences with other closings that were a complete nightmare. My first time almost saw me lose the bid on my home at closing they dropped the ball and told me at closing that I needed over 14k to close. The most stressful nightmare I could have gone through. So, if you are considering this agency, you definitely found a diamond and will have saved yourself many gray hairs. I really couldn’t speak more highly of him and his office crew. They are the best, bar none.
