I have all the requirements for a loan & they still don’t approve me. Worst bank ever!

Live in the neighborhood,not my bank but a shared branch.. come in there sometimes to do business but this time i was denied. Crazy, why denie me when we have done this particular transaction several times before. Not good.

I did not have a good experience when I went to the credit union at the Reaves Center, as i requested a loan I was told that I did not qualify do to my credit, however, I’m listed as a secondary person on my sons loans. They would be taking my loan payment directly from my paycheck. Which means there is no effect on the CU being reimbursed their money.

I never feel welcome here Everyone is always mad or serious. No smiles and the manager is always rude to me. I don't know if it's because I am black ???

i like they manager it been times i didnt have all my things an they still allowed me withdraw money from being a frequent customer.

July 13th 2021 i went to this branch and the guy. Moes Told me i need to wear a mask i told him im vaccinated after DC said we dont have to wear a mask if we are vaccinated i dont see why in this particular store they said has to do it when is not a law any more they have to update this little thinks because he told me it is a sign and it is one but that said it is a law i think was at beginning of the pandemic

I have view on the website free atm locations but when I go and withdraw money I am charged by this credit union, not the other financial institution. My payroll is direct deposit but once I was given a paper payroll and I was told my Job was not. Listed in my account so they would have to put a 2-day hold on the check. My direct deposit of payroll is being held when I open the account I was told u could get paid up to 2 days early. I have gotten no problem solving for not one of the issues above. I was expecting more from a credit union. Race should not be a factor too good banking, especially from a credit union. This is has been a very very nightmare. This relationship will be ending soon.

Literally a hole in the wall. Poorly run branch. The tellers are all rude and lazy. They treat members poorly, if you're not a member they treat you poorly. If you say anything they treat you poorly and tell you to go somewhere else. Their manager Maria is pretty useless, I don't know how you can trust anyone in this branch when I've heard this person lie straight out to customers. She allows for the tellers to treat people bad because she is not all there herself. The place is a pain so go here as a last resort because there are so many underlining problems at this branch .

great experience only complaint is i don't like when they mail your card then they mail your pin separate from the card and it's very inconvenient.

One of the only credit unions in DC to do shared banking services. Love them!
