I’ve been banking here for years and I like the fact that the end of the year they send me a dividend ...many more convenient locations than they once had... friendly and a good institution for not just savings but also borrowing

Just an awful BANK disguised as a credit union. I have been a member at this bank for almost 40 years and time and time again they disappoint. From mystery fees to their whopping .05% interest on savings to their outdated and poor mobile technology. Shopped loans with them and they always lose to basically everyone I compare them to. They never hesitate to charge fees with out any notice making you have to constantly sign in to your account to check which new way they decide to draw your account down below the balance. I keep my account open purely for the comic relief at this point.

Have numerous problems with their staff when depositing a check. Its not like I’m cashing it! & stop asking about my car, it’s obviously already financed.

They're a decent credit union, but it's really no better thank a bank. They like to get trigger happy with fees regardless of your history with the business... Sigh... Auto loan rates aren't that competitive and they'll charge you for not changing your address (must do for EACH account member) IN the branch, not something you can do over the phone. "Overdraft Protection" charges a $5 fee per transaction, they will run debits and charge fees then process deposits, I'm starting to see this company migrate to the method of business that banks operate; they're falling away from that small town credit union I used to enjoy
