Christie was completely professional. The sales staff including Mr. Rob Rose answered every need that we had. Finance was amazing led by an amazing Mrs. Vicky. All around absolute first class! We will be purchasing our vehicles at Desoto from now on. They really make you feel like family. Five star an amazing experience! Thank you guys so very much for everything!

I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about these guys. Elmer was honest, extremely helpful, and made the purchase extremely simple. His communication was excellent. After looking at a truck at the dealership down the road where I was frustratingly told they didn’t know how much the truck was being sold for?!?!… I’m glad I laughed at them and walked out and took myself to DeSoto Ford where I wrapped up a deal within an hour! I feel like I have built up a relationship with the people at this dealership, I will be purchasing all my vehicles from here from now on because of that.

We were told in Michigan we would need front brakes very soon. We took it in to have new brakes put on and were informed there was nothing wrong with our brakes and we were safe to return to Michigan. We have had just great service and such a friendly staff that I would highly recommend them

Great experience as always getting any vehicle serviced at Desoto Automall. Abby was right on getting us in and out. All service advisors are awesome here, and we can always trust them to take care of whatever vehicle needs we have.

The facilities are clean, the staff friendly, the service speedy, and beyond the capability of any other Ford Dealer in a three county area. I was surprised a little at the hourly rate for labor, but we can thank our Government for that. The price for the oil recommended in my owners manual was a nice surprise. I have a close relative that was treated very unfair at the Ford place. After spending so much money with them. They lie to his face and made promises about the work they where unable and couldn’t deliver.Abby and Miguel was very poorly with their work ethic and promises that they couldn’t keep after someone spent so much money with them.

WOW WOW WOW!!! What a fantastic experience my brother and I had at Desoto Ford! They worked to help us get in the right vehicle and did not pressure us at all. Christy our salesperson and Vicki in Finance were the best!!! They did everything possible to deliver an absolutely outstanding experience. We were impressed with Elmer's professionalism, personality, and human kindness. (Dont forget my hat).Although we had a few minor setbacks, the positivity and final outcome definitely outweighed any setbacks. Other personnel were were helpful as well, I just cant remember their names. We are very happy with our purchase. Thank you!

Abby and her colleague took our truck rapidly and answered all our questions.They let us see the process of repairing the truck so we were able to meet the mecanics as well. Personnel was A1 and of course we would recommend this garage. Since we had to leave the truck at the garage for 12 days and we were without a vehicle during this time, we would have appreciated a courtesy car. Otherwise only positive comments on our behalf.

From my first call inquiring about the Bronco Sport, which was handled enthusiastically by the internet manager, to the test drive with my sales rep Jerry, my entire experience went smoothly and drama free. I was thanked by the sales manager, and Jerry introduced me to the service manager, Rob. I would highly recommend DeSoto Ford!

Nothing but part changers in the shop. Brought and 87F250 up there to have Alignment done.. when they called me and said it was done it deftly was not aligned the tires was inward ..they also broke my Ignition switch killed the cells in both batteriesq and it barely turns to the right but over turns to the left and the truck pulls really hard to the right the whole time driving it.. The key would start the truck when I dropped it off the batteries are maybe a year old

If I could give zero stars I would. What a complete waste of time and wow can they be rude. I would especially recommend not working with Kristie. I have bought lots of cars over the years and she was the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. I know times are tough and good help is hard to find but you have to be able to do better than Kristie she was terrible. Edit to owners response: Personal attacks? Hmm maybe you should look into this deeper and see who attacked who. In no way does my review personally attack or try to make her look bad, it states the truth in my opinion. That is what this outlet is for to honestly review a business. And yes in my experiences of purchasing cars she was the absolute worst sales person I have ever dealt with. I’m not hear to give constructive criticism, I’m here to review my experience with your dealership and it was a terrible experience all based upon my interaction with Kristie. I called and asked to speak to her manager and sat on hold for 10 minutes and hung up. I also asked Kristie to have her manager call me and I’m still waiting on that phone call. No need to be perfect no one is and your smug response was noted. But have some values as an owner and take responsibility for how your employees treat potential customers instead of a snarky response to an honest review of my experience. Sigh.
