The guy was supper rude and didn't want to work with us because we are choosing not to have a basement, just a crawl space under our new home.
Every Design Home may be placed on a crawlspace in addition to a full basement.

Great value, excellent staff who care about your satisfaction and aren't pushy!! Dale spent a long time yesterday answering all of my questions and making sure I knew about options like appliances and HVAC without making me feel pressured to choose anything in particular. After my phone call yesterday, he had a few options ready to show me that met my criteria.
