i went to car hop a was told a $300 down payment was all i needed like the sign said. but that was all lies just to get people in the door. what they actually need was $2500 down for a truck i liked. i drove from glenwood city to Chippewa falls that is 3 counties away for NOTHING. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THERE . I THINK ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE AND I WOULD NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE IT IS THE SAME OLD CAR HOP BEFORE THEY REBRANDED JUNK after the call back they are still lieing about the $300 down there response was junk just like their customer service and there word DO NOT BY A CAR FROM HERE. ALL THE POSTITIVE REVIEWS MUST BE FAKE AS WELL.

Seriously great experience! Not only were my needs & wants in a vehicle heard and met, they worked with our (my husband and my) not so great credit! They even stayed late (past closing) to listen and answer all my needy husbands questions and made sure he was fully answered and that we were absolutely happy when we left there! We love our new used vehicle and will be purchasing from them in future! We HIGHLY recommend!!!!

My fiancé and I were in need of a bigger family vehicle that definitely needed to have 4 wheel drive. We went in on a Saturday and were on our way 2 hours later with exactly what we had in mind. The best part is we didn't have to even take out a loan and the vehicle will paid off in just a little over 2 years. McKenzie helped us through the process and was such a laid back, funny person. Not happy. I dont even have the vehicle and I'm having to pay for it. The car is in the shop supposedly getting a part put on. Taking way too long by the way. After this thing is paid off, never again. Diane is who I dealt with just so y'all know. NEVER AGAIN!!

Got approved but they tried to give me a 2006 Chevrolet big truck for 11,000 with 178,000 miles on it when I said I didn't want no trucks or suvs mind you I was putting 2,000 dollars down I will not be returning they don't help people I make way enough money and my credit isn't even that bad

Beware!! Seriously go to Nissan or anywhere but Carhop. They sell you junk and expect high interest and payments!! And when u do pay them off they still demand more payments. These people should not even be in business. The day I got my vehicle the seat would not work I was 4 inches from the steering wheel , yet they said well u could use a pillow!🙄🤣! I had to fix 7 different items on the vehicle all within 4 months. JUNK!! Spend your money on a real vehicle. They do not do any inspections on their vehicles. What so ever!!! Like I said BEWARE

If you need a car they will get you driving that day. HOWEVER, my experience at Carhop has been quite appalling. We got a car and the NEXT day it died. We called the next day because they weren't open and requested a tow and we were told they didn't do courtesy towing. Our car died the day after we bought it... and they didn't want to provide us courtesy towing? After talking to the manager they provided us with a "one time courtesy tow". They towed it to one of their affiliated mechanics and told us it wouldn't be look at, or let alone, fixed for days with no offer of a loaner car. Leaving us with no vehicle .We went back to car hop and decided on another car after putting down another $1,000 to qualify for it. Recently, they just charged us the payment for the first car we originally purchased, that we don't own anymore. We called to get out money back in which they said a refund check would be sent. It now has been a week and no check was received and we called back and they told us they didn't know what they were going to do about it. We paid money on a car we don't even have and they aren't doing anything to return the payment to us. The agent on the phone even had the audacity to remark "what makes you think your entitled to your money being returned?" We love our car we are in right now thanks to CarHop but they need to take care of this issue without giving us vague and uncaring answers when we inquire about it.

Shady place. I was interested in a couple cars they had here. They demanded a hard-inquiry credit check to even test drive a car Or look at it closer. Consumers can’t be too careful in protecting their data with identity theft on the rise. Places like this open the door to identity fraud. If you are committing to a car and going to buy it and finance it, that’s one thing. Willy nilly handing out your personal information is never a good idea. Fortunately there are plenty of other dealerships who actually don’t mind selling cars right in the vicinity. Good to know my money is worth something elsewhere.

They were patient with us as we test drove 5 cars and finally settled on the perfect vehicle for us (Honda Element). We had a very hassle and stress free experience! Needed a car and my credit wasn’t the best so I went to Carhop to look for a car. My husband and I make decent money but were only approved for 2 vehicles. So we got the better of the 2 and we asked if anything was wrong with them at all, of course they said no. Have had problem after problem with the car since we bought it about 6 months ago and they changed us twice what the car was actually worth. Do not buy a car from these people, it’s not worth it plus it took about 3 hours for everything to be done.
