Rating the 5-star service of Benjamin after my experience today. Incredibly patient with my ignorant questions and thoroughly dedicated in his answers. He took the time to understand my needs and how Desert Financial could assist me along the way. He made sure I left with more than I was expecting to leave with, in the best way! Thanks Benjamin :)

Ah heck, you try and support a local institution and you get burned in the end. I would recommend you go another direction on this credit union and if you need a reason to stay away from business accounts here's one: They charge a $10 fee for incoming wire transfers...to you, the account holder. This is on top of the fee your customer has to pay. In addition, they charge you $25 for all foreign checks so they certainly don't entice you to want to do international business. Lastly, they are unwilling to work with you to keep you as a customer so I would highly recommend staying away from them if you want a better experience.

My husband and I went into Desert Financial on May 3rd to fill out a loan application for a car. Erica Ornelas (Senior Relationship Specialist) was very knowledgeable and helpful in securing the loan . It did not take long at all to approve the loan and we walked out with a paper that showed that we had been pre-approved.

Amazing excellent service I will recommend it to all my friends and relatives Specially the relationship specialist Belen Castillo 💐💐 she’s amazing person.

This was our first visit here, to open an account. We worked with Belen, who was extremely kind and very efficient. We had a slightly more complex situation but she was able to navigate it very easily. Overall a great impression of Desert Financial, highly recommended.

She took the time to get to know us and made specific recommendations on how to enhance our relationship with the credit union. Desert financial is turning into a ripoff! Rewards are a joke and you can never get them on the phone for banking needs. They use a 3rd party call center and wait times are horrible or they transfer and you get disconnected. Terrible service! Even chat is slow!!!! I am moving my back to a major bank sadly, they answer the phone! Those are paid for reviews! They are all similar DF is probably using a reputation management company.

Belen Castillo was Very helpful very thorough took her time to explain everything She was very patient help me to sign up on text messages helped me through everything we had an awesome very good conversation with her very good experience... She's definitely going to be my personal banker Because of her awesome customer service and awesome attitude,I will always come to this bank no matter how far I am!!! Thank you Belen!!
