Everybody there is so kind and helpful I was graded at the door!! The banker that helped me explain everything to me that I needed done and went step-by-step with me which was wonderful. I did have something that couldn’t be resolved but I understand that they’re not miracle workers just like I’m not at my job. People just need to be more kind and patient.
Hi Hazel. Thank you for choosing Bank of America for your financial needs. We’re glad to hear the process went smoothly. Thanks for taking the time to let us know. ^jan

Surprising how BOA Phoenix has a person who DOES NOT know about BOA's service, INTERRUPTS & LAUGHS while client is speaking at front to guide clients as soon as they walk-in. If you are bored and want to have debate with BOA employee who knows less about BOA's service than you, highly recommend to speak with Albert. Good luck.

I recently wrote a review on this branch and now it is removed. Bank of America customer Service is horrible. I was not treated as an valued customer. Which caused me to close both my business and checking account with them. My ID was thrown at me and I was being threaten to call the police for “ trespassing “ because I no longer had an Account with them. The ATM took $400 from my other bank account card and the staff was extremely rude. They didn’t even know I had accounts with them but because I was using a different card to withdraw money from their ATM, they assumed I didn’t have accounts with them. I was treating horribly and closed both accounts! I was also told that the ATM would get an “Out Of Order” Sign up which never happened! The manager told me it wouldn't hurt him to close my accounts, he threw my ID at me instead of handing my ID to me, he threatened me. Just horrible!

This bank is conveniently located near a busy shopping center. I used an ATM instead of going into the bank. I liked the presence of a security guard outside as it made using the ATM feel more secure. I am unsure as to what the procedures are to be able to see a teller face to face as I have not been able to do this at any bank during this past year. This bank is okay. I had an issue earlier last year (2020) where I went into the bank and they did not have any rolls of quarters. This was prior to the pandemic. It was kind of frustrating, but seeing as how change became hard to come by soon after that, it is now very understandable.
Hi Sinead. Thank you for the positive review about your recent experience with Bank of America. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know. ^mark

@Yong Lee. I had a very similar experience with Albert when I was at this BoA location recently. I will not go back to this location because of this type of service.

If you want someone that's unknowledgeable and imparts false information, then Albert is your man. Albert needs to be retrained and re-educated in the products and services that BofA offers. Had an appointment today to meet with a banker in order to increase the limit on a secured credit card. Albert greeted us at the door and told him the purpose of our appointment. Albert proceeds to tell us that credit limits can not be increased until 7 months post card creation, which absolutely makes no sense since this is a SECURED credit card backed with cash deposited upfront. The 7 months may be true for traditional credit cards, but again this is a secured credit card. Albert argues this point several times until we told him that we were informed by another BofA employee at another branch (thank you Margarita at Alma School and Chandler) that the credit limit can be raised at any time. Albert questions himself and then goes to another employee to ask about this but they were at a distance so we couldn't hear what was discussed. Comes back and again tells us it's not possible to increase the limit until 7 months. After this encounter, we went online and within a couple clicks increased the credit limit (see pic), just like Margarita told us was possible. Bank of America should retrain and further educate Albert before allowing him to triage at the front. Thanks Albert for being useless and making the customer experience horrible.

The most useless BoA in the city of Phoenix - maybe the entire state of Arizona. Inefficiency - slow - disorganized - incompetent staff - understaff My last try to get a corporate wire transfer outside the country was attempted this morning at that wanna be BoA branch! This is not a bank but a high school project run by random people. You’ll be wasting your time! Instead go at the Raintree branch in North Scottsdale - they’re fantastic!

This bank does not know what it is doing. I went in last week. Had an appt for today. Walk in and they had to change it. I needed to speak to a Merrill banker. No phone call to reschedule. Nothing.

Have been a B of A personal and business client for years and wasn't impressed with the customer service until I met Ms. Alma who works at this branch. She was incredibly helpful in setting up new business lines of credit for my company and she was helpful when I wanted to reorder checks but didn't know which ones to correctly order. She has always been attentive to all my business banking needs and made me feel heard vs at other banks where people are dismissive. Highly recommend meeting with her for any banking needs especially business banking/lines of credit. The service and communication is impeccable. I would drive to that branch just to work with her and I don't even live in this area. Ten stars if I could. She was able to help my mother with her banking also and my mom is extremely difficult to deal with and hard to please.
