Double update.....why do you even have a deposit option for this ATM? SERIOUSLY!?!?It's Monday at 7pm and deposits are currently unavailable at the ATM. I'm sure Bank of America wants my money. Wells Fargo wants my money. Update.....currently the ATM is accepting absolutely no deposits of any kind. This branch is a joke... it's an inside joke I have with myself...I work late nights which unfortunately does not seem to vibe with this location...again the ATM is not accepting cash deposits...so what does it accept and when? That would be great information...

Ever since the branch location shut down on 16st and camelback, I had to go to this one. Well, this branch is horrible. This now the 5th time I've gone to use the atm to make a deposit, and its always not working or unable to deposit. This is unacceptable! I been a long time member, and considering leaving when a bank doesn't have basic use!! 4/29/22 Again , now the 6th or 7th time I go to this branch to make a cash deposit...and says its unavailable. FIX UR ATM!! ITS 2022.. Or ill be withdrawing my cash out of the credit union!!!!

I would prefer less than one star but it won't let me. Stopped in three weeks ago to open a new additional account. Some central location person had to review paperwork and they closed at 5p so the review had to occur on Monday. I have been waiting for that return call ever since. No one has returned a call, sent a text, sent an email. Three weeks and nothing! If it isn't simple, it seems like no one cares.

I was very impressed with I believe was of the management team standing in the lobby with a disinfectant spray bottle and cloth wiping down the plexi glass, counter & touch pads BEFORE telling a customer to step forward. Thank you to DF and your staff for helping to keep your customers safe. Little things like this shows you do truly care about the health and welfare of your customers. I go to this place all the time and the people are so great. They are real nice and I would recommend the credit union to anyone. The chubby manager with the black hair helped me with my business since it slowed down because of the Rona. The really tall guy teller at the corner window is seriously the best guy.

Alexis was very helpful. She handled my transaction with great patience and described every step of the way so I can do it if it were to ever happen to me again. Thank you DF for hiring people like Alexis!!!

Time is money, as the saying goes. This place will have no problem wasting your time and not presenting real solutions. Telling me to call a defunct phone line at the IRS, then tossing your hands up and shrugging when I ask for assistance is not helpful when trying to start a small business. I am trying to keep what little money I control personally and professionally, out of the hands of big banks, they don't seem to want to help me do that. And now for my mask rant, like two staff members were wearing masks, a 911 worth of Americans are dying every day due to the virus. Please take precautions seriously. Maricopa has seen 14,000 deaths so far. You need to take this pandemic seriously. I am disappointed so far.

Lovelyn was lovely, just like her name. She really took care of us. She embodies that old school level of hospitality when banks were small and every customer was known by name. We actually came here because Wells Fargo had a two hour wait to open a new account. I have been a WF customer since I was 16, and I think fate stepped in to guide me to somewhere better for my new husband and I to open our joint account. My husband has been with Desert Financial for years and highly recommended them. I can see why. They actually treat you like a valued human being.
