I had a great experience with them! They were patient, informative, and very proactive in answering my questions. They have good customer service skills, which is one of the things, I noticed the most when doing business with an entity. They went above and beyond to assist me. I very much appreciate this.

Terrible service. I have never had a good experience dealing with these people. I'm going to switch banks. Just yesterday they printed me a new debit card and told me to my face that I was all set because they activated it for me. I go to make a purchase and the card doesn't work. I call them and wait in line. I schedule a callback, but they never called me back. So I had to call them back and get sent back to the end of the line again. This is one of many examples. They either have untrained staff or don't care about their customers. Either way I'm extremely disappointed and will be switching banks soon.

WoW! I am impressed! I got a 2nd mortgage here and went in to sign the paperwork and they were ready for me and took less than 2 minutes GREAT Job!!! Thanks Kanyon and the other employee (I don't remember her name) Highly recommend

Service is unhelpful and everything is way more difficult that it needs to be. Once we asked for some information on a loan and from how cold the girl helping us was I was going to speak with a manager. Then I looked at her badge and realized she was the manager. From how unhelpful, bureaucratic and lifeless their phone support was, I had to double check that I didn't accidentally cal the DMV

Good company to do business with very process oriented

I should have chosen a different bank. Card activation was a terrible multi-day experience. If you need anything done properly, you have to visit them at the branch. Their policies are unusual and they don't function like other banks.

Things sometimes can change when great customer care is applied. Props to the South Jordan branch and the manager that helped make a wrong a major right on! Thanks DFCU.

HORRIBLE customer service at every one of their banks I have been to. I have been disrespected, made fun of and even THREATENDED by employees of this company. Back story: I got a car loan with this company and really enjoyed it for the first year. My insurance got bumped to $700 a month so I could no longer afford to keep it insured paying $1,000 a month for a car and insurance? No thanks. So I tried to work something out to were I didn’t have to turn in the car and take a hit on my credit but they were nothing but rude. After I turned in the car, I have made multiple attempts to figure out how to pay the remaining balance and see if the car has sold yet and have been treated like garbage. I have told all my friends and family not to use this credit union and people who would like to close their accounts after hearing how awful I was treated.

They have a great set of staff that are friendly and willing to help you out, they never left me until I was able to obtain the loan I needed at that moment. Very accommodating manager and assistant manager, Sadie

Terrible customer service here. Arrived before 2pm and people in there would not even acknowledge me. Just continue there closing procedures even though sign says there open till 2pm
