I love this pawn shop. The folks working here have always been very cool with me. That said I've never pawned anything just bought things. They are always willing to deal, they will even barter with you. Just don't forget they are a business and not an individual on Craigslist so don't expect top dollar. Given that fact I have never felt ripped off by them in anyway. Awesome folks!

One of two great pawnshops in casper wyoming, Jeff and John are fantastic reps to work with and do the best they can to make the people happy. Do right by them and they'll do right by you. I got a laptop here for writing and the key board was sticking and they had no issues getting it exchanged, even got a cheaper one with enough credit to grab a handheld playstation. Thanks guys.

I've both bought from and sold to the store. Jim the owner is friendly, professional, honest and fair. He and his staff have always made me feel welcome. Highly recommend!

How anyone thinks this a good pawnshop is beyond me. How about instead of going out 'for' business... you just go out and stay there.

I don't understand some of the negative reviews. I've pawned things with them more than once and they have always been nice and very respectful to me. I've never had a problem with any of them.

The store is fine, looks like a pawn shop. The staff I've had conversations with have been cordial and informative. But I'm flabbergasted by the firearm pricing! Are the owners aware that their charging the same as a brand new item? Was there yesterday, they had a Springfield Saint for the same price you can buy them at 3 other gun shops! I paid $100 less for a brand new one back in Nov. 2020 of the same model! It wasn't just that model, it was every weapon,their all priced insanely high for used items! Is there a reason for this? Just because a manufacturer has an MSRP, they're rarely ever price that at retail locations. It's a shame, I'd like to purchase from you, but what's the point when I can get one that's brand new for the same price or less.

Nice prices on everything. Good honest friendly people. It's nice to see a pawn shop that never disappoints. Also good to see one test their products.

By far the best pawn shop I’ve been too. I bought a older rifle from them and I needed money and pawned it. And very friendly.

An overpriced flea market. No firearms license. Rude customer service. just a waste of time. i strongly suggest that PEOPLE check on the brand new item price. before making a purchase here. THERES NOT MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE USED ITEM PRICE AND BRAND NEW ITEM PRICE
