I buy here from time to time. I have always had good service from the people working here. That said I would buy a lot more often if they would lest some one other than a manager say yes to an offered price. I don't ask sometimes because I'm over hearing "hold on I gotta ask..." Give the employees a little wiggle room. Otherwise it's a decent pawn shop. I can not speak to the pawn side of things but the the sales side is decent.

The service is always tense, I buy here now and then but friendly is not what I would call the staff. After they updated their hours I’m fairly sure they forgot to tell their staff the new hours because this place is never open when their store hours say they are. The low-ish prices are about their only saving grace.

Usually great experience. This last time I went I needed to just pawn my ps4 until Friday. They would not take it without a factory reset even though it's a limited edition ps4 that I'm not going to let go. Needless to say I will be going to loan ranger from now on !

Never have had a problem with these guys. Always helpful to me. And I read a post on here about seeing unhealthy looking people, all I have to say to that is not everyone is fortunate to have nice things and they have bad things going in their lives. Let's not judge people based on their looks.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PAWN SHOP!!!! I purchased a wedding band there. Walked out of the store an realized a diamond was missing. Walked right back in and it was obvious they knew it had been missing. Had two people help me and I was told to take it to any jewelers and have it fixed and bring the receipt back and they would pay for it. I even called twice after that to verify this was the case. I asked for it in writing and they said no worries talk to Mitch or Candy. Got it fixed, took my receipt back and Mitch stood there calling me a liar, denying involvement, was rude, condescending, and refused to reimburse me. Knowing that I didn't have any money for gas to get back to Buffalo or money for food to feed my kids he told me I should've talked to a manager and asked us to leave his store.

If I could give it a no star I would. Tough times. I bought my wedding ring with my husband at jensen jewlers over 1 CT diamond and real white gold but they told me it was fake lol. I'm not being dramatic I'm sure in my sade at home I have all papers for this ring. It is what it is but I won't personally go back in there. Hope everyone the best of luck tho.

This is a great place to do business, remember, this is a secondhand shop, always a good idea to double check your items you buy. I have not had problems here. Mindy, Carmen, Candy and the rest of the crew here always did the best they could to take care of me. Do right by them and they'll do right by you.

I'm not sure what's with all the bad ratings on this place but I was treated very well. I received a good deal for the DVD collection I took in there to pawn. The service was great. Tony and Zach are knowledgable and helpful. Sometimes people complain but it's a "Pawn Shop!" You cannot expect to get top dollar for something because they do have a business to run. If you need more money sell it yourself online. Service here was great.

So my husband and I were just in trying to sell stuff we don’t need. Well they were not even that busy. From the moment we walked in the vibe was pretty bad! Mitch and the other guy that was working were being completely rude and had an attitude from hell. Their customer service needs some serious work because the way they were talking to us and other customers was not okay! 2/5/19 A very unhappy customer!

I think to many people think pawn shops don't need to make money. I just sold some stuff today I got a fair price and was apoken to once I came in. Then was served once a open employ was open. There a pawn shop they won't give you the full cost since they need to make money to. Don't listen to the people saying there rude all 4 people I talked to we're very kind and cool
