Dennis and his team were amazing! I just closed on a property purchase in the currently hot Miami market, which was set to close in a month. Dennis and Amber were super fast, diligent, and responsive to help me get to the finish line on time. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. It was a smooth process from the beginning. I am very happy! Definitely would recommend to anyone out there trying to purchase a property.

Dennis was extremely helpful and patient throughout our entire home buying process which was admittedly a long one thanks to this crazy market. As first time homebuyers in the NOVA area, jumping into the process was very intimidating but we were very happy our realtor recommended having Dennis by our side throughout the process. For every offer we put in he would send us a breakdown of cash needed and monthly payments which made the process of figuring out how much we could spend with rapidly increasing interest rates much easier. He was also able to waive appraisal in certain scenarios which helped make our offers more competitive. He was always willing to hop on a quick phone call to answer questions which was extremely assuring for us as we were getting ready to make the biggest purchase of our lives. Dennis and Amber are great to work with. They are very thorough and transparent with all the information they provide. They work quickly and never a delay in response time during the week days. Although there were delays on the sellers side (we were the buyers) Dennis and Amber were always able to help us keep on track and provided changes quickly. If it was only up to them we would have probably closed earlier than expected if the sellers lawyers and realtors weren’t so incompetent. Dennis is awesome. I'm a young, out of state investor (NY) and had been looking for a condo to buy in Miami for months. I knew absolutely nothing about purchasing property in Miami and had a really bad experience working with lazy agents. I found Dennis on zillow actually from reading positive reviews. He hopped on a phone call with me and explained everything about the Miami real estate scene and how different it is from other states. I finally understood why it was so difficult for me to purchase here. I asked him if he knew any real estate agents and he recommended me a great one. I was able to purchase a property a couple of weeks after, within my budget, without having to put in an all cash offer, and with just 10% down. Dennis was my mortgage broker (of course!) and him and Amber were an amazing team. It was super easy getting the documents I needed to submit and if I ever had a question, they were both extremely prompt and thorough with responding. They both always got straight to the point (as a New Yorker, I LOVED this) and got things done fast. My closing costs ended up being nearly the same as the original estimate so that was good too!
