Denise and her team have been great insurance agents for us! We "interviewed" several new agents and Denise was hands down the right agent for us! She always takes the time to talk us through our plans or changes, answering all the questions I have, while also helping recommend the right plans for us based on our needs (and not based on what's going to make her the most money). March 7, 2022 my daughter totaled her car that was in my name. My agent took the ball and ran with it! By Thursday, everything was taken care of and March 13, my daughter was in a new car. I can not tell how pleased I am with Denise and her work ethic. She really cares for her clients. OAN: Her staff is excellent also. I'd like to give a shout out to Jamie who I interact with the most. I've been with Denise for several years and have all my policies with her. When I say all of my policies, I mean life, auto, homeowners, you name it. Like many people I thought the rates were going to be ridiculous, but as Denise said...they were very competitive! In many cases cheaper than the other big companies , and comparable to some of the smaller ones. But most important is the service that Denise provides! Her and her staff are truly like good neighbors! Any time I need them, they don't hesitate to call me back or go above and beyond! Denise cares. I was in a pinch! It was 4:50 and I was at a closing and the lender requested an update to my insurance. I needed this document to close the deal. Well we all know that bankers and insurance agents don't work after 5pm! Ohhhh nooo I thought!!! But not Denise and her team. Denise was in a meeting and the agent that answered the phone was not certified to make the changes . great!! I was surly screwed! Five mins after 5pm my phone rang with Jamie Carbone on the line offering to help me. Jamie went through several systems and jumped through hoops to make sure I recieve updated documents. Needless to say, at 5:30pm and after the office was closed, I recieved my documents and was able to close my deal. LIKE A GOOD NEIGHBOR is this teams motto!
