CNB Bank & Trust, N.A. W, Tinley Park

I stopped by to this site to get one document notarized. No one in the bank except three employees standing around chatting. Without any employee even looking or asking about my document I was told that since I did not have an account at the bank that they couldn’t help me. Really! I would have paid to get my document notarized, but, no, they can’t do it. I went to another bank and they notarized my document and never asked if I had an account. I’m lucky that other banks exist. I would think that this bank location is relatively new and that they would make some effort to attract new potential customers. I guess I don’t understand the banking business.

This bank is horrible. Horrible customer service, horrible communication, horrible decision making, and rude. Took almost 2 month for Mike the president to actually do what he said he was, and when he finally did he couldn't do what he said he was able too. Every week I called he said I didn't forget you, this happened week after week for about a month and half. You could have just said no from the begining. Not waste my time collect all my information then leading me on for a little over a month believing you could actually help. Its people like this that screw up good working people from getting a job. The sad part is he's the marketing president. If your not gonna do your job quit and let someone else move forward in life. This is why small banks don't make it, horrible people running them. My advise is use a different bank.

We have had an excellent experience with cnb bank for both of our businesses. Excellent service, great loan rates. We switched away from another local bank due to a much more personal experience.
